A girl verified they indeed had fuel and hung up. Got to the dock and tied up, no one in sight. I start filling one tank and the pump is barely pumping. Stopped, gave it time to prime (half a dozen times) but couldn't get it to pump. Still no one around. Get back off the boat and go find a worker to help. She said she would be right out and I returned to my vessel. A few minutes later she approached my boat dragging a different fuel hose. She stops 5' short of my stern, extends her arm out and shoulder height and pulled the trigger to FULL. Aiming ahead of herself onto their floating dock she exclaims that this one working better. As gas is now splattering all over me, my boat, and their dock I was in awe when she handed me the nozzle and walked back towards the office. Sad to see just how bad society has completely lost respect for our environment. I totally blame management for the lack of proper training and employing people that have no business working there. It used to be a real job, a fuel dock worker. Now we let any warm body willing to work for minimum wages.

The boats are always pristine and staff is friendly and helpful. We bring snacks and music and love looking at the homes while we cruise around as well as the occasional dolphin sighting. Unfortunately this tradition seemed to have ended for us this year as they have discontinued the sunset cruise. The only boat rental available now is for a half day/minimum of 3 hours and it really jumped in price. We are all so disappointed and wish they would please consider bringing the sunset cruise package back!

They are certified Yamaha mechanics and they did an outstanding job. My boat got its 100 service, they fixed what was wrong, finished BEFORE the promised day and charged a fair price. And the boat was SPOTLESS when I picked it up. I'm not going anywhere else from now on.

Brought my 15hp merc to them Dec 27th 2017, picked it up 4/14/18 STILL not running!! They lied to me about parts not being there, they lied about working on it, cost me $280 and still wasn't running. My friend and I got it running in ten minutes once I got it home and after I had to go back to get missing parts!!! It was a simple fix "small engine 101 course"- the butterfly was closed the whole time which was why it wasn't getting gas/air/vacuum, it didn't need gaskets ( I always used non ethanol) ,it didn't need to be cleaned in a sonic parts cleaner, it didn't have a blocked exhaust !!!!! They told me it had spark, compression and was getting gas ( which it wasn't) but wouldn't start !!! They ruined all of my winter fishing. They accepted the job, told me it was about an hours labor then I was given so many excuses ie " sales before service", boat show, guys out sick ect. I called weekly and sometimes twice weekly and was told it's next on the list repeatedly. IF you do business with them it's on you, has to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any business, I just can't say enough to reflect the incompetence of this outfit. Why can't I give them negative stars !!!!! -5 would be my rating. I don't know if this place is under new management but if you find a good review then it has to be from previous owners or a relative of the new owners.
