We took special precautions they directed me on how to move it into a parking spot (everyone helped push and direct traffic)and I had it towed to the dealership. She was willing to take care of the keys to the tow person as well because I have not seen my mom in years, but we sat there and waited for the tow because I did not want to interrupt her anymore than I already had. In my hour of sitting there I could tell that this staff all like each other and get along really well when they are changing oil. Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

Drove home 8 miles and tire was flat by the time I got there. Catastrophic failure with large slit in the sidewall. I hit nothing on the way home and had no other damage to wheel or car. Took the car back and of course they denied the damage. Then the mechanic came out and said he didn't rotate the tires. So I was either charged for work not performed or they are lying about the damage. Either way I would never go here again.
