Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

Of 2021 and 18 months later ( after six oil changes at Walmart) I left with an oil leak! They ( never mentioned or marked) that I had a leak! I check the ground for leaks religiously and there were no leaks until this visit! They wrote it on the paperwork but No one told me and for an 18 month old part Why would I? Please keep in mind I was already charged for the programming for this that goes along with tire changes. I asked if they were old why this wasn't brought up with the tire change and was told that sometimes when they reprogram them they just brake and that if it brakes in their parking lot after service it's not their problem.
