Had to open it up for us to come ask about pricing. Very shady place and could care less about customer service.

We walked back, did some shopping and picked up our car keys on the way out. Vitamin supplements, water, wine and a battery charger were our main focus today (you can't get a battery charger and your tires rotated at Publix haha). We looked at meat, but just didn't find anything today. We went to the self checkout and were assisted by a very friendly young man who offered to help us. Sure! He scanned everything and all we had to do was pay. Easy peasy.

Maki Eye Associates, PA They were very helpful with making…read morethe appointment very generous on their time schedule as well However, when I walked in the girl at the front counter was irritated IMMEDIATELY First because I was there. Second that I wanted to understand why I was going to pay extra for what was on a little piece of paper that she handed me right away I asked her what are these fees for? that's extra $49 this extra $39 that and I wanted to understand what is that for and why do I need it? Rather than explain that or take any time with me at all, she simply said And I quote " you can go somewhere else" Now I could understand if I was being rude or anything like that. I needed to know what I was being charged for and I don't think that's a crazy question when you're in a business. I did interrupt her lunchtime, But I was offered that time for an appointment I did not intentionally try to ruin her lunch. I was offered that time so I took that time. It worked for me as I work I noticed that's what happened she needed lunch. She was very unapproachable very unapologetic and very unhelpful. And now I did go through with COSTCO OPTICAL and I got my lenses. I got everything done but first impression was heck. Yes I'm could go somewhere else but NO, I also waited an hour to be here so no, I'm not going anywhere else now,and I'm sorry that you made an appointment at your lunchtime. I did not offer that appointment to myself. They offered that to me. Very disheartened It cost total $347. And I was treated like that. I will not be going back to get my glasses from this place in the future. I understand that they are separate from COSTCO. Please know that this is not COSTCO's fault. COSTCO is understaffed and could use some help. I understand that but that young lady was so rude so mad that she had to be at work. I don't know what was wrong with her but I will not be treated like that again. Just beware and bring your armor if you're going to make an appointment there Maki Eye Associates, PA When I got past the front desk, the rest of the visit was beautiful. The girls were so nice. But the first impression was terrible

I took my 2013 Porsche Cayenne S in to have the BRAND new Porsche factory tire pressure sensors…read moreinstalled, and they could not activate the factory sensors. The Owner Scott told me he can program the Autel TPMS sensors as that is what he has a tool for and what he recommends. SO I ordered a set of Autle sensors took it in and waited three hours while they installed and then attempted to activate the sensors and they still could not get the job done now I live 45 minutes away from these so-called experts so now I have made six round trips here to this store spent now $500 bucks and still they do not work? So I called Autel tech support. Going back one of the things they told me is they programmed the sensors to 315 frequency and then took the tires back down in order to reprogram to 433 and after speaking with Autel none of this was true as the tool will not let you program these to 315 as that is not an option after you enter the year as 433 is the ONLY option you can choose. then Scott told me SEE THIS IS WHY WE USE ARE ON SENSORS YOUR ARE NO GOOD CAN NOT BE PROGRAMMED??? So I took a chance as I used to own a Porsche repair center but retired now and I ordered the Autel TPMS 508 tool $233 bucks today I spent 30 minutes programming and activating the same sensors with the same tool they were using and guess what they now work. The two guys trying to program the sensors they didn't know what they are doing and On top of all that when I tried to talk to them, they got defensive yelled at me then hung up the phone on me. All the technicians had to do was properly enter the correct data as prompted by the Autel tool screen as I did by copying the sensors ID and manually imputing then activation and they now work perfectly so not much of an Expert tire center are they?
