There are carts in the parking lot to help carry stuff to your slip and a member's clubhouse with a TV, internet, bathroom, and shower. If you are a fisherman, they have a cleaning area setup for customer use. Cedar Bayou also has a gas dock and supply store. The drawback to this marina is that it is West of the 377 bridge and a good 30 minute or more boat ride to The Islands, a popular party spot.

This is a company I would recommend to anyone looking for an RV purchase. Dusty and his staff are…read moreabsolutely wonderful, honest, pleasant, faithful and fun people to do business with. We were looking for a specific brand of RV and during a camping trip to New Mexico in October 25 on our return trip home to Pittsburgh my wife and I decided to stop here to look at what stock they had. Dusty spent an exorbitant amount of time going through the various units and discussing all aspects of the manufacturer and the model we were interested in. Although we were interested, as usual I was not yet ready to make the purchase. Over the course of the next few months we talked with Dusty on a couple of occasions and he was gracious enough to spend whatever time he needed to answer our questions. Even though there are other dealers closer to us, including one we visited earlier, we were very impressed with Freedom RV. Long story short, we were visiting our daughter in Florida and decided to attend the Tampa RV show in January '26 and had the opportunity to meet several people, including the owner himself of the manufacturer which is Trailmanor. They had nothing but great accolades for Freedom RV and their story and vision made it clear to us that we would be purchasing not only an RV but owning something from a company who actually stood by their product with support which none of the big name manufacturers will do. So we contacted Freedom RV and made the purchase of our new RV after returning to our winter home following the show. A HUGE thank you goes out to Dusty, Kelly, Julia and Brenton for all of their hard work and patience in putting this deal together. We are happy to be a part of the Freedom RV and Trailmanor family.

I can't say enough good things about this business. As a FT RVer you are often stuck in remote…read moreplaces and have to hope that the repair service you contact is legit & knows what they are doing and also don't rip you off at the same time. The part of TX I'm in is pretty remote & difficult to find or order parts in a timely manner. I bought a replacement motor for my levelling system and hired Shawn Hanks to install it for me. He told me right up front that he was reluctant to only replace the motor and not the whole assembly but I told him to go ahead anyway. Long story short, turned out the pump was bad as well so I ordered the whole assembly and he got it working perfectly. On top of that my wipers had just frozen up on my way here and he analyzed it and the wiper motor wasn't producing power. I ordered a wiper motor and he said that hopefully that would solve the problem but it was possible that the switch had burned out as well and we wouldn't know until we replaced the motor. Sure enough the new motor provided power but the switch was not working. Replaced the switch and we're back in business. I cannot recommend Shawn highly enough for his professionalism & knowledge and making multiple trips to get me sorted.
