This RV has a standard Chevy small block engine--not difficult to work on or to find parts for. When I was finally able to drive it out, backfiring, sputtering, and not picking up speed, I brought it to a good mechanic. There, I was informed that the block was no good. When I tried to contact Sadler's, I was told to call someone else, then my calls went unanswered. The quality of work was so poor, that I had several other mechanics work on it just so I could get it home. Now, I can no longer use my RV which is very critical to the work I do. This mechanic has single handedly destroyed my life due to his incompetence. He also replaced good parts on my engine with cheap, after market parts, and parts that were incorrect.

We made the trip from Austin to make the purchase and it was worth the extra miles traveled. I contacted the dealer on Sunday via text and by early Monday morning Grant was promptly replying to my requests. Mid-morning on Monday the deal was complete and finance paperwork filled out. We let Grant know we would be there Friday morning to pick up the vehicle and Grant made the claim we would be in and out within 30-45 minutes... and he was not kidding! The vehicle was ready to go (and plated) and already warm for our final test drive before signing the finance paperwork. Not once did Grant over promise and under deliver. It was so refreshing. He was 100% honest, fair and transparent through the whole transaction. Casey in finance was very easy to work with, and there was no high pressure sales of add-ons in the finance department. Almost all of our paperwork was electronic which made the process a breeze. I cannot compliment the whole team enough! They clearly value the customer experience and they nailed it.

When I start it it bogs down and dies and anytime I put gas in the car it will not start, I have to sit at the pump with my foot to the floor for about 3 minutes before it will stay running. I took it to Bob's and told them all of this he said ok. He called and said what was wrong with it and I asked for an estimate before he did the work. I never got a call back with an estimate went to pick it up and SURPRISE its $475. I would not have invested that much money in the car had I know it would have been that much. I would have told him not to fix it. I look at my receipt and he had charged me $196.95 for spark plugs and wires.... THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE REPLACED (replaced them a year ago if that they were perfectly good!) And on top of all this he didn't even fix the problem I took it in for! I went back to talk to them about it and also inquired about the spark plugs. He said well I wish you had told me you just replaced them..... UMMM so you just replaced them for the hell of it?? I left the car thinking they would make it right and fix the problem. I went two days with no call; I called to see what was going on and an employee told me what the problem was and it was going to be another $150 and asked me if I would like them to go ahead and replace it. I said I wanted to talk to the owner. Owner finally calls back and proceeded to tell me he didn't know if that would fix the problem or not. WTF!!! You were down and ready to charge me another $150 and you weren't even sure if that was what was wrong with it?!?!?! This was absolutely the worst experience and I will NEVER go back to them or recommend anyone use them. I was taken advantage of and feel like this man is nothing short of a crook!
