They also said my coolant was "a little low" and asked if I wanted it topped off. They didn't tell me that topping it off would cost almost as much as buying a full gallon $7.75 at Walmart. Lesson learned: Next time, I specify everything upfront so I don't get hit with surprise upcharges. One car ahead of me in the Lube bay, but I was told that it would be at least an hour and a half to two hours before they could get my car in. The woman that was taking service orders told me just to wait in my car so she "Didn't forget about me." I thought South Charleston WV Walmart was bad when they didn't get my oil changed because they lost my keys for two hours, but at least the store in South Charleston had some organization to their system. This store in Chipley is a hot mess.
