I was told I needed my turbo replaced on my engine from an auto part store engine check light…read morescanner. I took my Equinox to Truck and Auto and told them that's what they said it needed. They understood the year, make, and model of my car and asked if they could inspect it instead of instantly replacing the part. I had an intake tube come loose on one side. So instead of a 2,300 repair bill for nothing, they fixed my issue for $40 by using their care, knowledge and time. I'll forever be grateful for this place.

Can't say enough how much these guys helped me out! I was travelling through the area on my way to…read moreBiloxi when I picked up a large screw in a tire. I had tried to plug the tire about ten miles down the road, but the only patch kit I was able to find was a dinky one that lasted all of that ten miles before blowing out and leaving me with a very flat tire. I pulled into the clinic and asked if there was any way that they could help out... unfortunately they could not officially help me due to insurance reasons (I was on a motorcycle, so this was totally expected). However, they did me a solid and handed me a truck gauge plug that I could attempt to fix the tire with myself... and that worked perfectly! They were able to inflate the tire (no insurance clashes there!) and I was on the road again. Again, all the work and risk was done by myself, but they really helped out with their knowledge! I was able to get to Biloxi, where I was able to find a dealer that could replace the tire (Just can't trust a plug completely... the whole way there I was constantly checking tire pressure, which is distracting!) the next day, and that is what I did. Again, my heartfelt gratitude to these guys for helping me out!

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more This company removed multiple parts -- including wheels and spacers -- from a vehicle they did not own and then admitted to storing them behind a locked door without the owner's written consent. That is not standard towing procedure -- that's unauthorized removal of property. When asked for documentation, Absolute Chaos Towing provided nothing. No signed release. No proof the legal owner was contacted. No accident report. No chain of custody. Just a string of long-winded, defensive online replies filled with accusations, insults, and legal threats -- none of which were backed by evidence. They've falsely accused me of creating fake accounts, impersonating an attorney, and making defamatory statements -- all without a single screenshot or shred of proof. Meanwhile, everything I've said can be backed up by photos, emails, and their own public responses. This isn't a personal attack -- it's a public record of how they handle disputes: by deflecting, threatening, and doubling down instead of simply doing the right thing. I stand by my review and will continue sharing my experience until it's made right. For a company that talks a big game about "facts," you've shown none. Where's the proof of appeals you say were denied? Where's the signed release or consent form showing you had permission to remove property? Where's the documentation that the legal owner was ever contacted? Where's the accident report to confirm his speeds? Where's the recording, screenshot, or message showing I misrepresented myself or violated Google policies? All you've done is throw accusations around with no receipts. You keep using the word "facts," but what you're posting is pure opinion -- laced with insults, assumptions, and legal threats. You said you have 8 years of training. Great. So why don't you know that removing parts from someone else's vehicle without legal authority is called conversion under Florida law? Malice means: "Knowledge that the statement was false, or reckless disregard for whether it was true or false." Where's your proof? I stated facts backed by documents that I have for legal purposes. Everything I've said I'm an be backed up. Where's yours? You've admitted in your replies: You removed the wheels and spacers, You placed them behind a locked door, You returned them -oh wait no we had to recover them and they were damaged That's the only thing you've proven -- with your own words. If this was handled properly, you'd be able to produce documents. But instead, all you've got is a keyboard and a defensive tone. So again: Show the proof. Or stop posting threats.
