Dan Nynas is our service manager and John (not sure of title) are the two we worked with the most. John had worked many years for the Duluth Transportation Authority in Duluth, Minnesota and has many years of experience with buses and Allison. When we went to drive unit out of storage, we had no forward. It took John all of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem as our touch pad. This is a very capable, honest dealership, that could have worked all day on it and we would not have known the difference. Highly recommend this place for any diesel pusher RVer with engine, chassis or transmission issues!

Ever since Kwik Trip has come along it's been such a convenient place to go. What is really nice is…read morejust how clean the bathrooms were in time of need if you know what I mean. You know what I've noticed about Kwik Trip? They all look the same, they are built almost identical of each other which makes each one so easy to find things without having to look very hard. Coffee is definitely one of the top priorities when I walk into a Kwik Trip most often but they also have other sources of caffeine people seem to enjoy such as an energy drink, Powerade, cold coffee by Starbucks, etc. yes and then you have the hot meal options such as fried chicken, a burger, or even some cheesy bread. I'm currently in a diet so I watch a few things I eat, but if ai wanted a "cheat day" I would say grabbing one of these items on the go would be perfectly fine haha The best thing of all about Kwik Trip is the service. The people here say, "good morning," "how are you doing today?" They happen to be very friendly and personable which keeps me coming back. Huge FLW fan and being this his only gas station, it's really cool to see. Even though it could use a little sprucing up. I was a little disappointed to find that the gas station is no longer opened on Saturday...hopefully that's temporary otherwise I would've bought some merchandise. Still giving it 5 stars cause I love the history. As my son asked..."why did we stop at this old gas station"? Lol.

I'm a bit peeved with my transaction here…read more I went in to get some hydraulic lines and explained my application. I wanted to steal a tractor's loader hydraulics and run them the back to connect to a 3 pt snowblower's chute. I needed four 3/8 inch 10.5 foot lines with an elbow and ag style quick connects. I also had a three foot power steering line I wanted duplicated. I came the next day to get the five lines and an 850 dollar bill. I could have gotten the same things at fleet farm for 250 and ordered the power steering line from the dealer for 60 dollars. Their response? We only use the best stuff and you'll never have a problem with it. That's great, but that really doesn't make sense for what I'm doing. I've worked 10 years for an industrial equipment manufacturer so I'm no stranger to fluid power or what things cost. Blindly overspeccing things is seldom helpful for an application and usually only benefits the guy selling the parts. For 850 bucks I could have bought two remote valves, a joystick, and lines to set up dedicated rear hydraulics. But don't get me wrong, I have a new found sense of pride knowing that my new hydraulic lines rival the value of the tractor... I had them keep their quick connects (4 male/female sets and 4 male) which dropped 300 off the bill. I bought the same fittings online at summit hydraulics for 100 dollars shipped. I figure the whole deal was 3x more expensive then it should have been. The steering line was ballpark what I could order it for, but I'm 90 percent certain they swapped a long elbow for a normal length one so the new line doesn't fit the steering valve. Looks like I'll be ordering that one anyways. The guys are the store are fine. Friendly people.
