During all postoperative follow‑up visits, I was consistently told that his recovery appeared to be progressing normally. Unfortunately, Jack later developed significant complications that required care from other veterinarians and specialists. This led to additional procedures, extensive treatment, and a long rehabilitation process. Despite all of this, Jack continues to have limited mobility. He also has an ongoing issue with instability in his right knee, and rehabilitation for that side could only begin after the complications with his left leg were stabilized. After everything Jack went through, I reached out to Dr. Dean in good faith to share the full medical outcome and to ask whether there was any guidance, support, or perspective the clinic was willing to offer. I did not ask for money or make any demands. While there was brief acknowledgment of a misunderstanding, my follow‑up message received no response, and the matter was left unresolved. I understand that complications can occur in veterinary medicine. What was most disappointing for me was the lack of communication and follow‑up when things did not go as planned. During such a difficult and emotional situation, responsiveness and professionalism matter greatly. I hope this review helps others consider not only the surgical care, but also the communication and support they may experience if complications arise.

I was overwhelmed with everything that was happening with my fur baby and they made me feel like I could trust them and I just knew Remmy was in good hands. They sent notifications when Remmy was getting ready for surgery, when they started surgery and also sent update pictures after. Them reassuring Remmy would be okay and sending updates help ease my emotions. 2 weeks late for his post op the mass they took out was not cancerous.
