For a grocery store bakery, I've been impressed with the doughnuts at my local Meijer (although the selection is sadly wildly inconsistent). Walking past the bakery, I did a double take when I spotted these unicorn doughnuts. They looked incongruous in a grocery store and more like something I'd find at a gourmet doughnut shop or artisan bakery. Being a dude, I'm not really into unicorns, but these doughnuts looked too spectacular to pass up. At the risk of being called a girlie man by Arnold, I surreptitiously nabbed one from the display. Not only were the doughnuts coated in sweet vanilla icing, but there was also a thick and colorful buttercream mane. I found the dough to have a nice thick and chewy texture while also being light and pillowy. The flavor was a combination of butter in the body of the dough, along with vanilla from the icing. Unlike some chains (Dunkin), the layer of icing was thick and satisfying and that's before factoring in the extra frosting. I initially went there to request a price adjustment and then asked to purchase a Mega Millions lottery ticket. While I was filling out the ticket, the employee moved to another register to assist a different customer. When I finished, I informed her that I was ready. Instead of explaining the process calmly, she raised her voice and told me to go to the back of the line again . I explained that I have a disability and difficulty walking, which was apparent while I was moving around the store, but I did not feel that my circumstances were handled with patience or courtesy. I speak with an accent , I don't understand why such a rude attitude against me, when she saw me having difficulty walking. why if I have a disability elizabeth customer service wanted for me to go back in line , when I was in line first . I have never had anyone treated me without respect and I hope the store manager sees this posted , and provided appropriate customer human services guidance !

I've always wanted to visit Chicago and have purposely made a stop over here on my way to Boston in the past and was very impressed of not just how large but nice and clean it was though since it was short I didn't get to see much of it but did get to enjoy a hot dog and deep dish pizza here which yes you can find. From what I understand it's up there being the largest airport in the US and from my arrival believe that as the taxiing to the gate was quite longer than I'm used to but no waiting very efficient and great service taking care of our flight. What was nice is that they have a food court as well not very large but big enough to have a few various establishment along with various other shops and eateries just about everywhere including vending machines for popcorn and boba tea. Some of the signs though I did have a hard time navigating around though that could just be me as I was looking for a lounge only to have passed right by it lol but it is a very crowded airport and happy that we got here early enough to enjoy what it has to offer as the city of Chicago really was a fabulous place to visit and am so happy to check it off my list...but will be back if given the opportunity. Well, many of the businesses were trying to get started with serving breakfast. I ventured over to the American Airlines Admital's Club to gain entry. The Chicago O'Hare terminal has almost everything that you need as a traveler they have restrooms. restaurants, a very popular McDonald's, and even a Starbucks. I couldn't help but notice that the people who work here are very busy doing their jobs, and no one makes eye contact with any passengers. Also, the passengers are very busy getting where they need to go. Luckily everything was clean and tidy on my visit to this airport and I appreciated my time in the American Airlines admirals club. Within a week of the installation, the weather 'cooperated' and we were able to take the Generac out for a test drive ... The power went out due to storms and Generac kicked on within seconds and the shut off was seamless. We had storms the next night, but didn't feel anxious at all about the power going out.
