I had a car that was on a lease when I moved from San Diego to Alaska, ya that's another story. I was in a bind because my lease was up and I wanted to return my car to the dealer. I had to send it via the ferry system as I now live on an island. I decided to send my car to Bellingham, made the most sense. However the dealer said he would not pick up my car from the ferry, said he didn't have the staff. I attempted to contact the transport service used by dealers to get cars to their dealership, but they were not at all helpful, wouldn't return phone calls etc. I was looking at having to take 4-5 days off of work to accompany my car on the ferry just to drive it a few miles to the dealer and fly home, or fly in meet the car drive it there and fly back, less days off of work but much more expensive. I was really stuck. Then I thought maybe a Tow-truck company would be willing to entertain the idea, so I hit my Yelp. I looked through the tow companies but wasn't getting a good vibe on any of them. I saw JC-Towing with one positive review. We all know what that usually means. Someone just opened up a new place and has a buddy with Yelp write a review, something told me this was not the case here, so I called, and Thank God I did. I spoke to JC and felt comfortable. By the time our conversation was over I was confident this was the right choice. We coordinated everything over the phone and my car was delivered, without any problem, on time, as promised. I am so Thankful that I found JC`s! This man is extremely reliable, very honest and trustworthy. I cannot thank him enough for relieving the stress of trying to make this happen, and doing it with a can do/no problem attitude. ***I would highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone I know, to include all my fellow Yelpers****

So, this was interesting...dude takes 3 hours to tow my 1 ton gmc savanna 3500 from surrey to…read moreabbotsford (40 min drive by car but i understand in a larger towing vehicle itll take longer) and when he gets to abbotsford he doesnt know where to go. I had to drive out to his cross streets and lead him here. All of that is no problem, i dont care about that at all. The problem is that he left my truck sticking 12 FEET out of my driveway and almost blocking my entire residential rd. He charged me 400.00 and in the process refused to put my truck in the driveway because he claimed the angle was too tight despite like 4 other tow trucks his size doing the exact same thing with ease. It was late at night and simply didnt give a crap and just wanted to go home. He obviously didnt care about stranding me in the middle of my street or he is an extremely incompetent driver. My tire was seized so it couldnt be pushed and he was my only option. I had to pay another tow truck 150.00 to just push it in the driveway because of him. I had neighbors honking at me all night and i couldnt sleep until 2am because i was stuck calling around for someone to help me since i couldnt be blocking the street in the morning. I would only recommend using this service if you are dropping off at a empty parking lot and if you dont mind being gouged. He also bent my trucks liftgate doing nearly 1k in damages. I called & was given a reasonable ETA. Our driver was Dwayne & he was exceptional. Great customer service, he hooked the car up quickly & smoothly and was a great driver. Nice & friendly too!
