    My rear passenger door does not open from the inside:(. All this bc I wanted some paint scuffs repaired... But that's ok since I have to make an appointment with Tesla Service to get my non working navigation/FSD/autopilot fixed.

    Do not take your car here if you expect accountability or basic care. I brought in my brand new (2-month-old) car after a rear-end accident. A week after getting it back, I noticed deep imprints on the backseat headrests -- a part of the car I never use. It was clear something heavy had been left on the seat while it was folded down during the repair process. I immediately returned with timestamped photos from a month earlier showing the damage was not there. At first, they admitted the seat was probably folded. But when they realized the marks couldn't be wiped off, their attitude flipped. Suddenly, they refused responsibility unless I had interior photos from the exact drop-off and pick-up days -- an absurd and unrealistic expectation. One employee even said they wouldn't "waste Elon's money," which I assume is their way of saying Tesla won't pay to fix mistakes they caused. Bottom line: They damaged my car and refused to make it right. Take your car somewhere that values integrity and respects its customers.

    Zane was my awesome service advisor for the rear end collision repair on my 2023 Model 3! He did an excellent job addressing all of my concerns, and even went above and beyond with how the vehicle was returned to me. He was able to work with my busy schedule and allowed me to pick up the car after hours which was a tremendous help! And shout out to the rest of the Tesla Oceanside team with doing a phenomenal job on the repairs, as well as taking care of all of my needs. It was definitely the best decision of going to Tesla directly since they were able to repair the car to OEM standards and actually finished repairs in less than a week! Tesla collision only uses OEM parts, and some insurance companies (other than Tesla Collision) may not approve the cost of OEM parts, hence why some reviews mention that the cost was 2x. Tesla collision was very clear with me on the repair process as well as the parts being used and cost. My Insurance carrier is Tesla Insurance, so everything was done quick and with great quality. Update (1/11/26): Visited again in January for a warranty related concern (unrelated to my previous visit), and was fixed in less than 4 days! I specifically chose to return to this collision center specifically (even though it was the furthest from my home) because of the excellent customer service and care that Zane and his team provided. Zane went to great lengths to make sure that all concerns were taken care of, and as a courtesy other defects that weren't even in the repair line of work. I definitely recommend Zane to any Tesla owner in San Diego! Took care of me and my Tesla as if it was his family's. Tesla needs more people like Zane!!

    Recently had my 2014 S85 in for some front end damage repair. The staff was super friendly and polite, but the actual repair was an exercise in disappointment. Though I was originally told my repair would take approx two weeks, I just got it back after nearly 5 months. Lots of issues from finding the correct parts to actually delivering a reasonable paint job. Now that I've got it back, I find that some components were not installed correctly or were damaged during assembly. Such a disappointment...

    My brand new Model Y carelessly reversed into another vehicle by staff at Tesla collision Oceanside.

    Don't trust them with your car. I booked a PPF for my BRAND NEW model Y last year and they CRASHED the back of my car and had to replace the entire liftgate/back door. The PPF job was shoddy and dust accumulated inside it upon picking it up. They kept my car for about a month and kept delaying pick up. When we complained the PPF staff member said "these things happen". Now my car is in the body shop AGAIN (at another Tesla location) because when it rains water accumulates INSIDE the back door and spills out like a waterfall from the sides when you open it. After this horrible experience I inquired about trading my "brand new car" with Tesla and upgrading to a new model Y only to find out that there's an accident reported on the car's record, so the accident that happened by the STAFF at Tesla collision centre DEVALUED my car! Nothing but a nightmare from start to finish. Avoid at all costs!

A friend recommended this shop and I'm so glad because when I walked in it felt a lot like walking into my granddad's shop. They run a great shop. Workers are nice and seem to really care. They make you feel comfortable leaving such an important part of your family with them, the family car! They have a waiting room, they use to provide snacks, it's been a while since we've waiting there so not sure now. Last few times we've left the vehicle with them. I'm so grateful they didn't push unnecessary upsells on customers. We were out of town and my husband took our suv to a valvoline... now some are decent, but most are all about that upsell and Walmart didnt even change the filter yet said they did and charged me! So while there's been a few times in life I've had to use what was available where I was, we live here now and T n T is where we go! For both vehicles.

The Call Center misled me into thinking they were at the store and they are NOT! Your Call Center should be more transparent about this. This is a MAJOR ISSUE. Your Call Center assured me that they "will get me in and out" with brakes, an oil change, and four new tires at 4 pm, and to "come right in", and "I have a 4 pm appt for you". LIES!! I walked into the store and they were slammed.. Simón said that there was no 4 pm appt for me, but he would take good care of me anyways. I raised my voice at him, "I just talked to you!" "You said 'in & out'". He calmly said he did not talk to me, but will take good care of me. I calmed myself. I was so angry. He said he would NEVER make a 4 pm appt for someone who needed brakes, 4 tires, and an oil change, when they close at 5 pm. It all made perfect sense. Simón offered to get my tires and oil change started, but offered to inspect my car to see if I even needed brakes. I agreed. It turned out my back brakes were at 6 mm and my fronts were 4 mm, so I still had time to change them. They squeezed me in even though they had cars they were trying to get out of the shop. EXCELLENT management by these guys to fix the predicament their "Call Center" had suckered me into. Evan's Tire & Service in Lemon Grove is a super place with super employees! They gave me a great price, and I was out of there at 5 pm. You need to fix your Call Center though- these stores are welcoming angry customers like me, because they are being lied to. Good job Simón & crew! I owe you one. The Call Center review would be 0 stars.
