People suck so bad and just leave their trash all over the place and the wind picks up and literally there is trash everywhere. Went on Christmas Day around 2pm. It was PACKED. There was a line of 5-10 cars (granted, there are…read morea lot of charging stations so the overall wait was reasonable at about 15 minutes). One major issue though: there is no proper queue system. Cars sit idle in a line awaiting their turn, but we saw several cars swooping in to steal recently freed charging stations from those who were actually waiting in line. We got into an altercation with someone attempting to sneak their way in. They swooped into our charging station (like someone stealing your parking spot right as you're about to drive in) and we got up to their window and yelled at them until they gave up and drove off. Markings, cones, barriers... ANYTHING that indicate a queue would help. Besides that, there is a convenience store (sells California lotto tickets by the way) and Dairy Queen here. Public restrooms were available but had very long lines (even the men's restroom had a line going outside the restroom).

The young lady working there seemed unsure about which flavors were actually available and had crossed off some that were still in stock. When I tried to confirm the flavors, she gave me a noticeable teenage-style side eye, which was frustrating considering there was already confusion about what they had available. She had also turned a couple of people away before us, only to later realize she had made a mistake, which I didn't think was fair or funny.(she laughed) I would definitely come back for the popcorn and other treats, but the ice cream is probably a no-go for me after this experience. I had been looking forward to my butter pecan after making the trip, and maybe the service affected the experience, but it was mid at best.
