I believe my groomer-extraordinaire was Kristina, but the girl behind the counter (also very sweet) I think was calling her Buffy? Anyway, I picked Charlie up not to long after they texted and his hair cut was perfect! Exactly what I asked for!! The entire appointment felt careless and rushed, as if my time and preferences didn't matter at all. Instead of focusing on the service, Morgan spent the majority of the time gossiping about other stylists, out of earshot I'm assuming, and chatting nonstops with another stylist barely paying attention to what she was doing. It felt very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful, quite frankly made me feel very uncomfortable--especially when someone is literally working with sharp tools near your head. I explained exactly what I wanted, but between the constant distractions and lack of focus, it clearly didn't register. The end result was sloppy, uneven, and looked rushed, Hellen Keller could have don't a fantastic job compared to what she left me with. It was like she just wanted to be done and get back to her conversation. There was no attention to detail, no check-in to see if I was satisfied--nothing. I didn't even end up getting a shampoo I just wanted out of her chair. Honestly, it felt more like I was interrupting a social hour than receiving a paid service. If you're expecting a stylist who is attentive, detail-oriented, and professional. I've had much better service at other locations,in different states for work, so this visit was especially disappointing. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and works to ensure more consistent quality and customer care in the future, or just hire a stylist that actually cares and is good at their job. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else or at least requesting someone different.
