Using my sat nav just to try find a grocery shop and I passed budgens and as I was trying to find a safe place to turn around I happen to find Tesco which to my delight had a big car park which was sign posted very well! So I got a great spot next to the entrance and at first grabbed a basket as I knew this was a small store but just going down one aisle I then decided I needed a trolley as there was more items you can get through this store! I ended up doing my whole weekend shopping which was great for me as I didn't have to venture anywhere else and the queues for the till was very short and staff were very friendly!

I have heard that Lidl is one of the few supermarkets that have daily deliveries of fresh vegetables rather than storing them for days before selling them. Not everything in Lidl is much cheaper than Tesco or Asda (although it all looks cheaper) but you can find some bargains if you look for them. I love Lidl's stuffed olives, feta cheese and cheesy coleslaw. Lidl also do some nice own brand Jaffa cakes. I have made some bad buys here as well though, buying products I don't need or buying cakes or biscuits that look better than they taste.

You need to pay for parking in this store but can get your money back when you pay for your goods. Also, you will need £1 for the trolleys. This is a very busy store so is a bit too busy for me in peake hours. However, they are open 24 hours so I tend to go later in the evening when the children are in bed (Husband is at home of course).
