I've filed several complaints and sent several…read moreemails regarding these aggressive dog's almost killing my dog and when Animal Control does show up they do absolutely nothing again nothing about the different incidents. The response was 'Since the dog's didn't technically bite your dog we can't do anything" Okay so wait I'm supposed to let these horrible dogs walked by their irresponsible owner kill my dog then Animal Control will do something about it. Wow! Um Okay. Ridiculous response to my emails, phone calls and complaints. My tax dollars hard at work!!! I can't wait to move the heck out of League City since it's definitely biased and selective on "whom" they assist in the neighborhood. Thanks for NOTHING League City Animal Control. I'm sure the business owner will reply but whatever and this review will be posted on other platforms. LC Animal Control needs to do better and actually help law abiding citizens such as myself when we call for assistance.

The facility is very clean and run more like a very upscale vet clinic then a shelter. The workers are very friendly. There's so many beautiful creatures that want to give love and be loved if we just take the time to go and visit with them until we find our new friend. Don't spend money on designer animals when these perfect and beautiful souls are there by no fault of their own waiting to be rescued. You'll want to take them all home that the hardest part. The staff is wonderful.

Then they moved & it was even more convenient. I'd drop my dog off by 8am & i told them I'd be back no later than 6pm & they said that was fine due to it was on a day i was working . However upon arriving 2 different times i had to wait approximately 45 min to an hour . I was understanding about it although i didn't care for it. I felt after my dog had been there since 8am she should have been done . I considered myself a loyal customer. One day my neighbor had taken her dog there & i was told by neighbor without informing her they charged her $80.00. Upon my dogs next appt i mentioned it briefly to them & since then they said they are all booked up till March & this was in January & that they have their regular customers ( i was a regular customer ). Plus they told me my dog doesn't stand well . As long as I've had my fur baby & mind you she is approx 13 years I've never been told anything to the negative side , however i personally feel you need to take dogs age into consideration. I've called several times even trying to get my dog an appointment in March & they don't answer their phone for me. This is a business & i feel you should answer your ph no matter what. I never had an issue with Express pet Spa , but i certainly don't appreciate the way they've just brushed me aside.
