They lied to me and my husband. Joked how there was nothing wrong and we should be happy with the vehicle. Months later it stalled all together and was too late to salvage. According to them they mentioned an issue and we just didn't want to get it fixed... unbelievable. When I stopped in alone they would condescend and patronize me assuming I also couldn't hear them talking about me while I waited....... They were only moderately respectful of my husband and they tried to explain their mistakes away and blame us, but they sure didn't outright condescend to or insult him. Most of the amazing reviews on Google are from when another person owned this.... the gossip continues absolutely any time I go in there. And specific things were said. I don't have time to do much about it except review... If you're a woman... bring a man with you. It's not ok that we need to do it, but if you need to just get by and get the car fixed, it's just survival... I'm overweight and so is my husband but believe they didn't find his weight funny, nor did his human worth depreciate in their eyes. The owner is rich as crap, btw.... he doesn't need the business. One of the co-owners is a wrestler and seems to be owned or managed by other (owner), Chris. Who cheesily reviewed his own business here. classic... and it's just as toxic an environment for females with unwanted negative and positive attention, as you'd assume it would be. These are the same type of dudes who genuinely believe chicks are grateful when they cat call and stare at them. They wouldn't believe I was ever thin, but I was for most of my life and can tell you any time it happens it isn't wanted... the dudes doing it are too socially challenged to be of interest. And the same dudes are going to berate women who want to come in and just get their car fixed - speak down to them and definitely trash talk them if they don't find them attractive or they take up space - bc they really do feel women are supposed to (or want to?) come in and be attractive specifically for them (always losers who think this way - trust me only women with extreme issues would accept you) and therefore have negative attention coming. Same dudes bc the thought process is the same. It took me 30 years to believe this, bc I never did before. Now that I get more negative attention I can tell you it's true - the socially challenged who give unwanted positive attention, also think women's bodies are for reviewing far and wide and publicly as if we're not just interested in living our own lives, I watch them and really do seem to think we want their assessment. Women want to attract socially intelligent men - those men will attracted to who they want, but I promise those men are different, literally socially and neurologically different - there is a whole population of men out there that are more social than that, and dudes are wrong to think overweight women will always settle for lesser dudes as well. No doubt some have little self esteem and issues and will, but a lot of women won't. We can be more selective, so the idea that we want reviews and are trying to be beautiful and thin for psycho's like that, is wrong. We're trying to be beautiful for ourselves (which doesn't involve being thin weather or not you recognize that) and/or for men who deserve us. The the same toxic anti-social behavior is involved when dudes think they're 'settling' for an overweight woman and really believe that woman should be grateful. After all that harassment and abuse, you'd hope you'd still at least get good work on your car, especially for several grand... and you would be wrong... it turns out these misogynists are also lazy and uninterested in helping ppl, or at least ppl they don't see as deserving of life (and definitely not then, a working vehicle). Horrible experience i came to them with a truck that needed the transmission diagnosed because I purchased a transmission from monster transmission (also a horrible idea) had it installed thru a buddy and it wouldn't goin to certain gears they told me the the transmission was shot and I needed to buy a second one from them and have it installed witch i did and returned the previous one only to not receive my refund because terrys transmission sent them emails stating it was my fault the cooler lines wernt flushed and part of the programing wasn't done if thats the case why couldnt they just flush the lines and reprogram it instead of charging me for a whole new replacement and install and they wanted to act like they were doing me a huge favor its just bad business save yourself some money and go else. This is quite possibly the dumbest review we've ever gotten. Given the level of stupidity, I have to assume you had someone else write this for you. Your buddy installed a transmission and failed to do the job correctly. They have to be programed in order to work which you admittedly did not do. You also failed to flush the cooler and lines which will almost immediately destroy the new transmission. By the time your truck got here, the transmission that your buddy installed was destroyed and it is 100% the fault of the installer. We then replaced that transmission, programed it, flushed it, on time and on budget and now you're mad at us? If anyone here deserves a bad review it's whoever the idiot is that installed that Monster transmission. On the subject of Monster Transmission, I don't know much about them, but no matter who's transmission you installed, if you don't flush the cooling system and you don't program it, it will not last ten miles. You should be humiliated to write such a review, and I'm not even go into the grammar and spelling. This is the online review and I received a call from the owner threating me wanting me to come down to his shop so he can whop my ass insulting me and sayin hes gonna sue me for harassment if I make another post the transmission work was done according to monster transmission specs and a chevy dealership tune witch he was told and wasn't drivin over a mile to his shop and definitely wasn't in budget. So the censorship that business owners are allotted on here prevent people from seeing negative reviews, which looks super awesome and not like there is anything to hide. Go down to the bottom and click on the faded lettering that says "2 unrecommended reviews", soon to be "3" when they censor this. I will keep checking every month, give or take for a long while to make sure my voice is heard - it was that bad (my complaint isn't about 'bad workmanship' anyway, it was about harassment that they all engage in, and that they happen to encourage each other [to engage in]). read more

Took my Honda Minivan to Terry's for some transmission clunking. Stressed out, the front office was very helpful, friendly and ready to help. Don't hesitate to bring your car here. Tech found out I just got the sensors wet when I washed the undercarriage with a high powered hose (dumb). It dried out and is fine. They are honest and trustworthy. I will bring my car here again if I have troubles. Clean, open waiting area. Nice couches as well! read more

I've been there a couple times over the years and it's always been great. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the best. Their work is top shelf and my car shifts better now than it did new, plus I have a lifetime warranty on the work they did. I can't say enough good things about the place. You get what you pay for.
