The new tire wasn't cheap, but I truly appreciate the approach the guys took--get one (matching) tire now, get the rest of the life out of the others, and let's look at different tires when the other three need to be replaced. I didn't feel 'sold' or otherwise taken advantage of, something I think is always top-of-mind in a tire shop (whether that's fair or not is another story). I highly recommend these guys for tire or other work and expect to visit again myself, even though there are other shops much closer to home.

I told them want I wanted in a truck. They took me to the right one. We didn't negotiate for long. They gave me a good early price. They found better financing to get me the payment I wanted. And here we are four months later and with year-end clearance; most advertised prices are about the same percentage off as they gave me in June. How can you beat that?!? I can't begin to tell you all how well they treated me throughout the experience. To put it into perspective, I started my truck search saying, "any full-sized truck, except a Chevy." They sold me on the dealership and the brand. So far, neither has disappointed. Oh yeah, free inspections for life, woo-hoo!!!! Update: A little more than a year-in and I couldn't be more thrilled with service after the sale. The truck is great, the dealership is great, no complaints. Update #2: Still no issues nearly three years after purchase. The dealership is still treating me well and I've had no issues with the truck. After 20 years of Acura's and Honda's, I'm kinda surprised at that one.

The parts suppliers around the area proclaim that they supply a two-year guarantee on radiators, while many insist that a lifetime warranty is the norm. My car came back and I didn't have to adjust the seat or mirrors. I know dealerships need to test drive cars but I strongly dislike when I get my car back and need to readjust everything. I guess I could have gotten the memory package but my car does not have it. So when I picked up my car and didn't have to readjust anything I was happy. Also they were clear on time tables with the car wash. They were backed up and gave a quick rinse and asked if I could wait I could get the full wash. UNETHICAL DEALER!…read more Porsche (the parent company) is trying to stop people from flipping cars and making money on vehicles that otherwise could have gone to people who put a down payment on a build slot for a new car. A car that would go to a good home, and not to a dealer/broker to inflate price on. For example, Wyoming Valley Porsche called me and said that they are willing to have me jump in front of the line for a build on a brand new Porsche GT3 for $25k over the sticker price. I responded: "why not allow the next person on the list to get the build slot, so that everyone moves up and gets their car based on who got on the list first to last?" The answer was, they need to make money by any means necessary. In this case, instead of allowing the next person to get their long awaited car, they are selling the build slot to a broker (which will flip the car and inflate GT3 prices). You can confirm this story with Josh (salesman there). I am local to this dealership, and because of their lack of ethics, I will never purchase anything from them. I will travel 2 hours to Philadelphia to get my new cars at MSRP prices. -Tony

I took it back and asked if they test drove it after doing the work and they said NO. I said well you did something to it. I ended up leaving and took it to like 3 other people during the course of 1 month. They all said that the bolt on the bottom of my frame holding my subframe to my car was stripped or broke. I tried to get my money back off the owner but he wouldn't give me the money back! Stay away from these people they are not actual mechanics and they are not professionals. They basically don't exist on paper and there is like no way to go after them if something goes wrong!
