So frustrating! Anyhoo, I'd had it and decided I needed to get an electrician out there and see if the problem could be located. My home warranty policy included this type of work to be done, so they scheduled Robert w/8 Point Electrical. Robert communicated with me on July 3rd, shortly after being assigned the job by my warranty company, and we scheduled the time for early Monday, July 6th. He called me early Monday and let me know he wasn't too far out. Courteous, polite, full of information and suggestions for each outlet he moved to, and fully engaged my comments, wants, and needs for how I used my various appliances that might be the issue. Because my usage didn't trigger the outages, he made the call to replace 3 of the GFI's because of the add on's since the house was built in 2006, at my request. He taught me some things I didn't know and also suggested down the road to consider other electrical savings here and there that I'm certainly going to look into. This guy is SUPER busy, y'all. He's in high demand because his phone was going off every 15 or so minutes by customers needing his services. Robert worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up his mess each time he left a room. I really appreciated that! I HIGHLY recommend Robert if you're ever in need of a certified electrician.

I recently purchased a house and needed good, unbiased advice about the HVAC system. Earl came out…read moreon the weekend, tested the system, changed the HEPA filter and refused to bill me for anything. Wow, if that's not customer service I do not know what is. I recently embarked upon a fairly involved restoration of that same 1890's era home and he came out, to assess what needed, after normal business hours, I might add. He had his crews mobilized the next morning and completed my extensive duct re-route the next day which enabled the restoration to stay on plan and on budget. I will never use another HVAC contractor ever again. This is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with.

Had an incredibly poor conversation with the receptionist (or someone's grandmother, honestly I…read morehave no idea) whom answered the phone after 15 rings with a simple "hello." No business greeting, nothing professional at all. I honestly thought I had the wrong number until I confirmed with her. Long story short, she was short answered, gave vague information about how someone "might call you sometime tonight" and "we're really busy, I have no idea if we can do it this week." I tried explaining the issue so I could get better help or see if it was a simple job that could be fit in and was instead cut off with "well I'm just gonna have you talk to one of them." This is NOT how you do business with anyone. Be courteous, be helpful, have a simple greeting or introduction, and at least act like you are remotely interested in running a professional business.

The other AC repair person said that the parts might not be available to them until Monday, and they scheduled for service to arrive Sunday. I appreciate the smaller repair companies that can respond quickly and do a great job repairing AC units without the cost of a larger company that has too many calls to answer they can't get to everyone that needs assistance. I'm sure some of the low reviews here indicate some experience of not calling back on time - I don't fault a solid local plumber on that, with the work they get filled up with. Chance and his team have always been friendly and respectful and definitely know what they're doing. Just get linked in with Stormy the scheduler, give them a few calls if there's no answer or leave a message, and she's always helpful to communicate and get scheduled.
