So frustrating! Anyhoo, I'd had it and decided I needed to get an electrician out there and see if the problem could be located. My home warranty policy included this type of work to be done, so they scheduled Robert w/8 Point Electrical. Robert communicated with me on July 3rd, shortly after being assigned the job by my warranty company, and we scheduled the time for early Monday, July 6th. He called me early Monday and let me know he wasn't too far out. Courteous, polite, full of information and suggestions for each outlet he moved to, and fully engaged my comments, wants, and needs for how I used my various appliances that might be the issue. Because my usage didn't trigger the outages, he made the call to replace 3 of the GFI's because of the add on's since the house was built in 2006, at my request. He taught me some things I didn't know and also suggested down the road to consider other electrical savings here and there that I'm certainly going to look into. This guy is SUPER busy, y'all. He's in high demand because his phone was going off every 15 or so minutes by customers needing his services. Robert worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up his mess each time he left a room. I really appreciated that! I HIGHLY recommend Robert if you're ever in need of a certified electrician.

We called…read moreour regular plumber, Blue Dragon (Gilbert Jimenez, who is amazingly nice and good at what he does, btw) and he was so busy, he recommended Fabian Ramirez at Jessi's Plumbers. We called on a Sunday evening, and even though they too were super busy, they made time for us, and spent time on the phone with us to help figure out what the issue might be before they even got here. Sure enough, what they'd guessed was the issue. Also- they recommended some folks to come in and fix the drywall/insulation issue for when they'd finished the initial repair. And best of all, they coordinated with the drywall repair folks so that when Fabian was finished, the drywall repair folks stepped right in- same day, full repair Aaron's Home Repair Services, also really good at what they do!). Fabian took care to cover the area beneath the leak just in case something unexpected happened. He fixed the issue, pointed out some items we might want to fix sooner or later- not because he was drumming up more business for himself, but rather he was showing us what should be next on our home repair list in that bathroom so we could avoid future extra drywall etc repairs. Very thoughtful. He was clear and concise with the suggestions he made, his rates are fantastic for the work that he did, and the fact that he went the extra mile coordinating without my having to be the go-between really made me feel respected and taken care-of as a client. We will DEFINITELY hire him again!

We replaced our gas stove with an electric; however, there was no gas shut off behind the stove. We called several different plumbers to get a price to put in a gas shut off valve; however, no plumbing company that we called would give us a price over the phone. They all wanted to send a plumber out charging a service fee. Then we called Jessi's Plumbers, and Fabien told us that we should haver a gas shut off valve and to look in the cabinets. We looked in the cabinets and found the gas shut off. The next time I need a plumber, I am calling Jessi's plumbing.

We had a leak in our bath faucet that would not stop running and water was pooling on the bath edge . With it getting worse and an ice storm on the way, we knew we needed to get it addressed so they were able to come out same day only to discover that the builder had left no access point to the faucets so only way in was through the cupboard wall in front of the bath and the faucet was grouted or stuccoed in place!! The pieces needed to be replaced only there was little inventory anywhere - they found an almost identical set and made a dash out to get it before the store closed - and were able to get it all repaired. We also had a leak in our shower wall and they used a camera to assure us it was dry behind the shower and we had a small grout leak so at least that was one less project. Anthony and Josh were so nice, so helpful and so patient with our crazy bathroom set up! I highly recommend their work !!
