Brittany was our agent and, I can say without a doubt, she is one of the best in the business. She learned her clients' wants and needs, she chased down properties she thought we would love, made appts on the fly, was accessible (even while on vacation...bad girl), gave us direct advice and support, and worked effortlessly to find us our perfect home at the best price. The Brooks Group is a fully dedicated team. The moment we put in an offer on a home, Blakely jumped right in to assist and aid us through the entire rest of the process. She effortlessly would: chase down answers we needed, schedule dates for inspections and appraisals, check in with us to find more ways to help and was on top of everything. She and Brittany were our team all the way through to the end and we could not have been in better hands. Thank you to the entire Brooks Group! We know that you found us the perfect home and will do it for every one that you work with. We are so excited to move into our new home this week. And, if we should ever move, you will be the first people we call to help us with the next stage of our lives. Thank you!

We truly believe they had our best interests at heart, and they worked really hard (even late at night) to ensure that we literally received everything we wanted. I had a bizarre schedule at the time, and both were extremely accommodating to seeing houses based on my schedule. Plus, I always had TONS of questions--which were never an issue for them! At one point they even found a house that had every single item on my "checklist", BUT, it still didn't feel right to me. When I rejected it they didn't even blink an eye, just hit the trail again! Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met. Jeanie and Ann are incredibly honest and trustworthy, they moved quickly, were very flexible with our sometimes rigid schedules and preferences, are excellent and fast communicators, and worked tirelessly to successfully find us the right home. We cannot imagine how anyone will regret having them as real estate agents. We are so thankful we found them!!

Thank you for selling my house, Dana Hancock team!…read more I can't believe that I found such a great team to sell my house. I first noticed their sign when a house on my street went up for sale - I thought it was funny because I have a relative named Dana Hancock, so naturally I took a picture of it & sent it to her. When it came time to sell my house we decided to call Dana Hancock. I'm so glad that we did! We met Dana and learned what we should expect from her and her team. We were assigned to one of the team members. Someone was always available to talk when we had questions. They took the best photos and strategically posted them online. We were able to add and remove photos. We requested to not have a sign in our front yard, and they were fine with that. The best part: Our house sold way before the end of our contract AND when there were 12 other houses for sale on our street! Wow! The selling process went smoothly and quickly. I am genuinely impressed with the Dana Hancock team.

As a couple of apprehensive first-time buyers, we approached the housing market with a healthy dose…read moreof caution and a highly suspicious view of all agents and realtors. After initially meeting with Brad Officer for our first house viewing, he made such a good impression that we decided to work solely with his real estate group instead of spreading ourselves out. We were subsequently taken care of by Brad's fellow-agent Shaun Salari. Shaun was fantastic to work with: highly professional, hugely likeable, attentive, very responsive to our wants & needs regarding the house we were looking for, arriving at each visit armed with a huge amount of prep work to give us a good insight into each house we viewed. He took us on viewings to see houses that we had selected and also to see options he had located that completely met our housing criteria. He also took us to a few open house showings and we felt comfortable that he made a huge effort to show us as many suitable options as he could. Once some big, grown-up decisions were made, Shaun was fantastic during the negotiation stages and was available to us 24/7. We're slightly convinced that the man doesn't sleep. Brad Officer also got involved once the paperwork phase began and both Brad and Shaun were priceless in helping us navigate the process and make sense of the jargon. Buying a house is never easy but we really feel that Shaun and Brad made what could have been a traumatic experience a lot easier and put in a huge effort to reduce our stress as much as professionally possible. Based on our beginning-to-end experience with the Brad Officer Real Estate Group and specifically with Shaun Salari, we cannot recommend this company highly enough.
