There were many issues with the city not updating records, red tape that I wasn't expecting, and technicalities that we encountered but Ari was extremely communicative and handled everything for me. He also explained things to me that I wouldn't otherwise understand in terms of real estate terminology, costs, etc. and I appreciate the transparency. My land sold; more money and less stress. I will definitely work with him in the future and recommend him to friends & my family.

Her deep knowledge of the Atlantic Beach market was evident every step of the way. This wasn't a typical sale -- it was my late father's home, and there were five of us listed as sellers. Julie handled the emotional and logistical complexities of that dynamic with absolute poise, professionalism, and grace. Her communication was truly outstanding -- clear, consistent, and always thoughtful. She kept every single one of us informed and on track through what could have easily become a stressful process. Julie didn't just list the house -- she cared for it. She personally checked on the property several times a week during the many months it was on the market. She'd even vacuum and tidy up to ensure it stayed spotless and presentable for showings. With me in Nevada and the other sellers spread across the country, having her eyes and care on the home was truly an irreplaceable asset. Because of her experience and relationships, we were able to close quickly with a cash buyer, and she introduced us to an incredible title company that turned around the fastest closing I've ever seen in my life. Julie is a consummate professional -- detail-oriented, compassionate, patient, and committed to doing right by her clients. If you are looking for a realtor who brings expertise, kindness, and serious hustle to the table -- Julie is the one. I would recommend her a thousand times over.

Julie will work as hard finding your dream home as she would if she were searching for her own. She made what is commonly a stressful experience into an enjoyable search with a new friend. If you are considering the Jacksonville area out by the beaches, one call to Julie and your search for a real estate professional is finished.

Again, I contacted Sena who asked me what I was looking for and location. She later contacted me after seeing a home she believed my wife and I would love, and she was correct. We were trying to find a home on our own but could not find anything close to what Sena found for us. Her attention to detail and knowledge of her clients cannot be overlooked and understated. I am so happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend (and have), Sena and Larry Baker to everyone that will listen. We witnessed Missi in action during the buying and selling process and we would not have wanted anyone else working with us through this process. Buyer beware of this agent and her Broker at KW Atlantic BEACH Partners…read more We were working with a couple different agents while looking for a house and over the course of 7 months we weren't successful so through a family friend we tried Leslie McKiernan. She asked us to be exclusive with her, so against our better judgement we were. WE found a house and asked her to show us (after many failed attempts with her trying to find one) We liked the house and put in an offer she off the bat didn't agree with and thought we should offer more. We stood firm on our offer and put it in. They countered and so did we, again Leslie gave us her "expert opinion" and told us 3 options all 3 options were FBO the seller where we pay atleast 10k over asking price and what we wanted. I have this in email so that was strike 1 with her not being our advocate as buyers. We stand firm again with our counter and the sellers accepted our offer. Had we listened to Leslie we would have been out 10k -12k for no reason. We get the house inspected and find out the listing agent ALSO WITH KW Margaret's team Emily Bishop lied about how old the HVAC is in The house. Emily said it's new 2017 our inspector found out it was 2012. We brought this to Leslie's attention and she said oh well it's still in running condition just deal with it. Totally dismissing the fact we were lied to by her fellow colleague. We listened to her since we wanted the house and she suggested if we didn't want to lose it to just deal with it. ( Easy for someone to say who didn't spend $400 on an inspection.) Had we known the A/c was that old from the beginning we wouldn't have gone this far. Again all pro-seller and not having our best interest. She is totally taking advantage of our emotions in this sale since she knew our situation which is totally unethical on her part. So that was strike 2. We go through with the sale and come to the walk through which she didn't to with us since she had COVID but she went to the house ahead of us and did her own walk through. Clearly this is ineffective since we should do it together to make sure things weren't over looked and again her expertise in the field can help us. Once again she leaves us hanging. She texted me stating how clean the house was and everything is great. We do our own walk through and find the house disgusting with what looks like a liquid/bodily fluid on the walls (I have pictures) the oven looks like it hadn't been clean in years, the bathrooms are disgusting and the 1 toilet doesn't flush. I tell Leslie about this and she said the toilet flushed for her and I said we'll it didn't for me can we have it checked. She gets irritated and said it's pointless to call a plumber to come out bc it flushed for her. And was getting irritated with us bc we are raising this concern. Needless to say we go through with the closing which she doesn't come to as well. I texted her again after we get the keys and walk through the house again and I show her the gross pictures of the house and the toilet not flushing still. She ignored my first text so I texted her again if anything can be done and she responds with saying nothing can be done and if we didn't like it we shouldn't have gone through with the transaction. And said they don't have to clean to our standards. It's awful to have an experience like this she gets a free sale she barely did any work for since she couldn't even find us a house and then once we closed ignores and treats us as strangers. We moved to a whole new city and thinking Keller Williams has good professional and ethical realtors to have such a terrible experience with this one. Her Broker Connie Grubbs is even worse. We brought this whole situation to her attention and she said she doesn't see how Leslie did anything wrong and in her experience most people find their own homes. Realtors just facilitate the transaction. So what is the point of using KW realtors???? Not to mention how unprofessional and rude Connie is. She also refused to give us the number to KW corporate and said she is the managing broker and no one is above her. These people are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Leslie clearly has no experience on the buying side of the transaction, not to mention she flips houses herself so obviously she is going to act in her own best interest if she does see a house that is better for her so who knows if there was another better house for me and she just took it for herself. Awful company

As I was planning to retire from the U.S. Navy, my idea had always been to return to Jacksonville and call it my permanent home city. I immediately knew that I needed to contact Leslie for our realtor needs. We could have easily selected a different person from the slew of realtors that support the city, but we had no one else in mind but Leslie. We entered the home-buying market while we were still in San Diego, and Leslie jumped on board without hesitation to help us during the process. She prioritized understanding our needs and budget to align us with the best home for us. Even though we had to change our home-buying strategy and decided to rent for a few months, when things re-aligned for us, Leslie was there to carry us through closing. We decided to purchase a new construction home in a great community we love and now call home. Leslie's dedication to her clients goes beyond being a realtor; she offers a sincere, transparent, and thoughtful process while building life-long relationships with her clients. I know Leslie first-hand and can attest to her quality as a person and a realtor. I highly recommend Leslie to anyone looking to buy a home, especially military families in the market. You won't get anyone as genuine and thoughtful as Leslie; she will make your home-buying experience seamless and memorable. Thank you very much, Les.
