Now I'll be completely honest when we were told over the phone that we were getting handed off to Zach back in July I was hesitant, because, we were told he was young and he was a Florida Gator . Luckily we decided not to hold his misguided fandom against him and see what would happen and so agreed to meet When we met Zach originally he was with another group. The Rocco Group must be doing something right , because the difference in Zach after he joined them was evident. It was like he left the Florida Gators to play Football for the Georgia Bulldogs . Coach Sarah Rocco took this young man and turned him into a champion realtor, got a question? , he had the answer and if he didn't , he found the answer for you PDQ. We were always in the loop and his Professionalism was always next level, we are very grateful for having Zach McCrary come into our lives and very thankful for the Rocco Group. Thank you So much Zach for helping us find our little slice of peaceful paradise here in Florida !

She is a certified home stager and if you follow her advice she will get the job done. She assessed our home's value, discussed our concerns and options, came up with a game plan, and followed through on every promise. She gave us constant feedback via text, email, and phone. She is an excellent communicator. Even when nothing was happening we heard from Cindy with reassurance and confidence in the process. She presented our home in the best possible light. The numbers don't lie: She got our house sold in 25 days from the listing date to the offer and within $7,000 of our asking price. Our neighbors didn't even believe it sold because it happened so fast. Cindy watched our back and was our advocate at every stage of the process. Don't think for one second of Hiring her, she is a professional at what she does.

I would definitely work with Cindy in my future real estate ventures!

Within a few minutes, we were in a conference room explaining to Jen our requirements, and looking at potential listings on a large screen TV. Over the next week or so, we looked at approximately eight properties. We were very much impressed with Jens' honesty and integrity with several of the properties. She and her company also tried to resolve an issue with a seller on an interested property and helped us make an informed decision to walk away from that listing. By the end of the week, we were under contract and are now about to close on a property that is perfect for us. We cannot thank Jennifer enough. Her knowledge of the Island and her creative solutions on the real estate side, made this a very easy process. Her professionalism, integrity and honesty made it a very rewarding process. As we are new to the area, this could have been a very overwhelming experience. However, my wife and I both feel that Jennifer's personality and kindness actually made it fun. We highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a professional realtor with integrity.

My husband and I were not only first home buyers but also moving across the country. We decided to…read moredo a lot of research to try and find the best RE Agent in Jacksonville and I'm pretty sure we found the best! Our journey with Tammy Bond started on YouTube, which was one of the platforms we used to help us in our search. We watched every single video and they were all incredibly insightful and really helped paint a clear picture for us. After narrowing down our agents listing, we sent out emails to our top 5 and Tammy responded, not only the fastest and first to respond back, but also on a Sunday! We set up a call with her to get a feel for her vibe and to see if she would be a good fit for us and she exceeded expectations. Once we decided to move forward with Tammy, it was showtime. She accommodated our schedules and made time to speak with us at every turn. She continued to provide us with information regardless of time zone challenges. She also helped connect us with our lender for our home loan. Tammy spent 2 whole days with us back to back with showings and even made some last minute bookings for showings. Since we were new to home buying, she really did provide us with helpful tips on what to look for in and around a home. Even though we were unsuccessful with purchasing a home in person, Tammy went above and beyond to help us purchase our home remotely. She not only toured the property we were interested in herself, but also took a video and sent it to us in the same day! We were able to put in an offer on the home the same night. It was incredible. Tammy has a close relationship with our lender and was working along side with our lender to get documents updated and submitted. She even would "poke" the sellers to try to nudge them into making forward strides as they were taking long on providing some updates. Tammy made recommendations on what we could ask from the sellers and we were able to get credits and replacements for some of our home's "problem areas". All in all, Tammy exceeded expectations and I cannot wait to work with her again. I will be recommending her to all of my friends and relatives. If you're looking for a real estate agent, look no longer! Tammy is exactly who you are looking for! And don't forget... the name's Bond... TAMMY BOND!
