The staff also wears gloves when handling bodily fluids or when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is behind the building and it is very small. The lot does get full quickly, so you may have to find some street parking, but that shouldn't be an issue. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, small, and organized. They recently moved to a new location, and I love everything except the parking lot because it's so small. A nice upgrade in office space. Yay! Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. Dr. Jen, as always, is very professional, compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He doesn't rush, and he truly listens to his patients. I love that he isn't dismissive at all. My favorite doctor as an adult.

And dare I say it was a very pleasant visit to Dr. Jen's office for the most part... compared to other doctor visits I've been to, going to Dr. Jen definitely won't be daunting compared to others I've been to. My first impression of the place was already a good start, with a very friendly staff and I appreciate that this place seems to keep things in order where I seemed to be the only patient in the office at the time (which is great for the pandemic situation). Dr. Jen was very thorough in my check-up and I specifically came here to also get a pap smear all at once. Very professional throughout, including his female staff member. The pap smear wasn't all that bad (granted my body wasn't cooperating for part of it but that's not his fault) and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time too. Logistics-wise, it was about 3 months out from when I made my appointment call, but I was ok with it since I didn't have an urgent reason. Office itself is in a good location. It's on the 3rd floor and you can find the entrance to the elevators next to the pharmacy. Bonus for the lab being downstairs if you need to get your blood drawn in the future after the doctor's visit, so it's nice that everything you need is in one location. There's free parking around the building and I didn't have trouble snagging a spot on a Friday afternoon.

Well, I was at the clinic finishing up on my shockwave treatment today when Dr. Carabello offered…read moreme another treatment for inflammation. He used the EMTT machine which stands for extracorporeal magneto transaction technology. It uses high energy, magnetic pulse transmitted to the injured area. He positioned the handpiece over my elbow and set it up to send electrical impulses on my tennis elbow. I did not feel a thing and the procedure lasted 20 minutes. remember this same office has treated my carpal tunnel syndrome and now this machine has tremendously helped with my tennis elbow. It's been several hours since the treatment and the pain is gone. Calling this treatment more so Dr. Carabello and his team miracle workers is an understatement. I feel like I have an elbow/arm of a 20-year-old lol. This is yet another testament to what Dr. Victor Cabello and his team has dedicated to the science, technology and training to provide state of the art treatment and care. They have given me a new lease in life. Dr. Carabello himself said that injuries are life-changing. It disrupts your day, it disrupts you from enjoying your life. This treatment like all the others that they offer, is definitely a game changer. When you are in pain from an injury or like me just being old, don't hesitate, call them now. (323) 526-2880. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD STAFF AND DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!…read moreIf I could give a negative review I would. This is the second time coming here for my kids. The first time I called (2025) I was providing my information over the phone and the lady was extremely rude. Basically said I didn't have insurance coverage and wasn't able to schedule an appointment. I reiterated the fact that my children were covered and she needed to check her system thoroughly. Back and forth discussion that resulted in my calling back to schedule it when she simply could have scheduled the appointment to begin with and verified the active status of my insurance upon the appointment a month later or even in between that time. With her continued rudeness, I decided to give her a taste of her own medicine "no pun intended". She clearly didn't like it and coincidentally changed her attitude almost immediately. Upon arriving at the Doctors office, i found out that the rude lady over the phone was thinner short lady with dark mid-length hair. I don't recall her name at this moment. Fast forward, we entered the medical room. Dr. Koo kept interrupting me, dismissing my input regarding my concerns for my child and their health, and kept telling my young kids for them to explain themselves. I get it, you want to hear from the child directly how they feel but when they dont have the right words to explain themselves and articulate what is going on then thats when parents should advocate for their kids and speak up, which I tried doing. But again, Dr. Koo continued to ignore my concerns as a parent and kept interrupting me or basically shutting me up. I figured maybe she was having a bad day. giving her and her staff the benefit of doubt. 1 year later, another physical. Took my kids in and guess what!? YUP! Same BS! Same receptionist/nurse (whatever you want to call her) was rude. The rude lady was asking me what concerns i had related to my kids health. I explained and there was no empathy whatsoever. I felt like the concerns I was explaining to her didn't matter and tried rushing me by not allowing me to finish what i wanted to say and asked me "any other concerns" even before finishing my last sentence. If you dont know how to listen to patient's concerns, then this is definitely not the field you should be working in ... lady! She looked like someone put cat litter and fecal matter in her food with that snobby expression on her face! ugh! I hope she reads this too! Mind you, she also forgot to list some concerns i expressed. Anything i mentioned she immediately interrupted me by saying "You can tell the dr that, you can tell the dr that, you can tell the dr that." as if she didnt seem to care about what i had to say. I specifically asked for two specific exams and it was like twisting her arm! these exams i know for a fact she was supposed to do and didnt want to do it probably because she was being lazy. if your child goes in for an annual check up, anything can happen within a year so many changes, so you want to ensure you get EVERYTHING checked out! Not this office. NOPE! THEY DON'T CARE!!!! Once she left, Dr. Koo came in (shaking my head!) I started explaining the concerns. Guess what!? She did the same thing again as she did last year. Interrupted me, dismissed me, she was checking my child and made the comment like "what do i know im not the specialist". Right, youre not the specialist but you ARE the DOCTOR, so have some empathy lady!! Not to mention, my insurance fees pay your salary including my out of pocket expenses, so be grateful! I told myself I cant believe this! AGAIN!?!?!? this is ridiculous! Who does this?! what kind of doctor does this!? i was livid and so annoyed at the treatment we received, (better yet, lack of treatment), and couldn't wait for the appointment to be over with. Oh! and the two exams I requested, only one was done. Lo and behold, the one exam I requested, turned out my child now needs to be a specialist. If i wasn't persistent on the inhouse exam, my child would have suffered even longer!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY, AND EVERYTHING OVERALL BY SELECTING SOMEONE WHO GENUINELY CARES!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!
