They had to update my chart from when I had visited an urgent care in the network several years ago. Once was checked in I was taken immediately to an exam room. The nurse came in within 5 minutes of being in the room to take my vitals and stuff. The doctor was in shortly after to do an exam, etc. From start to finish I would say that I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. Very clean practice and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

He's: - the consummate professional - he's thoughtful about his patients - his work is meticulous - he's a nice guy and he hires great staff including an outstanding hygienist who shares the same traits as Dr. Merkel I had to go see an oral surgeon once who commented on the incredibly work done on a gold crown that Dr. Merkel did.
