He wouldn't answer my questions with anything substantial and refused to help me get my test results. He told me to request it from my portal and when I logged into the portal there were no results to print or even reference what he did. I am so disappointed in the care of this facility. I will say the front desk people were very nice and even the nurse that did most of my testing was good and efficient. AFTER the visit was also terrible. They told me I would be dilated for 24 hours and I ended up being dilated for 72 hours and it messed up my work and whole week because I was preparing for an event that week that I couldn't work on because I couldn't see anything up close. I also couldn't drive well and almost had to call work off because the light was so painful. UPDATE: The doctor wouldn't write down my results and told me to get them at the desk which he clearly knew nothing about the process because they wouldn't give them to me at the desk. Then they tell me I can get the results for free online. I submitted a request for my documents on my portal and they said it would be free. Turns out a week after I requested them they're trying to charge me $42 on top of the $95 I already paid. Kellogg and U of M is just a money hungry store where they won't help you. I'm never coming back here.

After the first treatment, my mom's forehead and chin looked a bit brighter, but the dark spots on her cheeks were still exactly the same--no improvement at all. I reassured my mom that it would be okay because they had promised to treat any remaining spots at the follow‑up. But when she went to her follow‑up appointment today, they suddenly changed the story. They told her that treating both cheeks was not included, and that the follow‑up only covered one small freckle on each side. They then tried to sell her another full treatment for the cheeks--after the first one didn't work in the first place. When I reminded the esthetician that she had said "one and done," she backtracked and claimed that "one and done" sometimes means up to three treatments--something she never mentioned before taking my mom's money. This feels like a scam. They expect my mom to keep paying thousands of dollars for treatments that didn't deliver the results they promised. Quality treatments are worth the price when they actually work, but this place did not deliver what they sold us. Don't waste your money here. We regret trusting them.

We were allowed however many comfort items we needed and parents were allowed to sleep in the same room as child when visiting and were also allowed to bring in food. Procedure went very well where the communication between me and the staff was outstanding before, during and after the procedure and the staff and doctors were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and above all COMPETENT! Excellent follow up as well once we got home which was greatly appreciated. If anything of a serious note happened to us we always head to the UM hospital network in Ann Arbor as this is the best health care in Michigan for my money. GO BLUE!
