Dr. Kareem is incredibly kind and gentle--honestly, she's the first dentist I've had who didn't hurt while numbing the area! The office is very efficient too; I was taken in just 5 minutes after arriving right on time. The assistant at the office was so friendly and helped calm my nerves since I tend to get anxious at the dentist. I had a temporary crown placed the same day, and I'll be returning in 3 weeks for my permanent one. I'm really excited to make this office my family's new go-to dental care provider!

Turns out that orange flavored toothpaste was $40. How shady is that. Then they changed my insurance for procedures they never did. Went in months later dentist was a hour late. She bitched about baby daddy. Great Excuse. She started water picking teeth talking about bullshit. I wish I would have told her to shut up. But it's hard to talk when her hands are in my mouth. After 1 hour +. She said she was done handed me a small mirror that was all cracked and broken to look at my mouth. I laughed and said your kidding what about a polish and get rid of my coffee stains. She said she couldn't do that and the only person that can was not in. What a waste of time. They charged my insurance again for procedures they didn't do. They are very shady. I'm thinking about taking them to small claims court for my co-pays and that $40 dollar toothpaste that she gave me without telling me that it was $40. Worst dentist ever. Do not ever go there. I came across this one here on Yelp, and I am SO happy that I did. The dentists here referred me to Dr. Pasternak, their oral surgeon. I hate having my teeth messed with and I'm already anxious just going to the dentist for cleanings. Needless to say, I was so nervous about the procedure and possible complications, but she did an amazing job of explaining everything to me and making me feel safe. Some of my wisdom teeth were impacted, so the procedure required more work and was done under anesthesia (by my request, I wanted to be out of it). Everything went exceedingly well, I had no pain during recovery, and the incisions/holes healed with ZERO complications. Two years later I still think back on the experience and how grateful I am to Dr. Suzanne Pasternak for the skill and care she provided. I figured I should write a review since I still feel so strongly. The office staff were amazing too and were very helpful during all of my pre-procedure visits. I highly recommend this place for everything dental-related. I would make it my regular dentist's office if I didn't live so far!

What I liked the most about Dr. Reich, he genuinely sat down explain all the options I have and made the best recommendations. I was so impress his professionalism, kindness and sincerity. He has been taking care of me last 2 months and so far, I got 6 veneers ( hated my smile) , 4 crowns and scheduled for 2 implants. Front office is awesome they always prepare for surprises.
