Overcrowded. People tying up machines longer than necessary, on their phones, and not offering to allow others to rotate. You can't possibly get a solid workout in. There was lots of back and forth between her and the manager before we were turned away. As a someone who is in a leadership position at a boutique gym, I find it interesting that you only allow members to bring people in and seem very exclusive. To which is what we in the industry are trying to pull away from. Everyone should be welcomed regardless if they know a member or not. It was giving Charles Manson at the gym. Also it's the holidays and a lot of people need a space to work out energy to be the best version of themselves. It's a shame and a disgrace to the fitness community that you are this exclusive and that you are not training your employees how to communicate information properly.

Here there is always a spray bottle and rag within a few steps wherever you go in the gym. Plenty of treadmills. Gets kind of crowded around the free weights. The 29-minute circuit course has become my favorite routine. I just wish some people would respect the circuit part of it and not hog one machine for ten minutes.
