I was hesitant to start again, but Ciara, the owner, took my fears away! She met me where I was, and has motivated me ever since. I've been going for 6 weeks now and already see results physically and mentally, and I am so pleased with my decision to become a member at FBBC. Not only is Ciara amazing, but Coach Chelsea and Nathan are also so warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. There's a reason why I've been able to stay consistent here - the coaches want you to be healthy and take care of yourself, and the community they've created here at this gym is invaluable. I literally have walked out of there, limping and for days iam sore in my arms and quads. The place is a huge open room and it does get hot in there but it does have fans going. During the workouts, people are able to go as fast and as hard as they can and it really does seem like a no judge zone. In a time where one of the top priority as a human being and parent is safety, I had the unfortunate experience where my teenage daughter had to witness a person who was allegedly attacked by one of the employees of your facility. This attack came after the person made a complaint regarding one of the trainers, which I was a witness of such complaint. This event makes me afraid to voice my own future concerns and I no longer feel safe in this facility.
