Quality is always top notch. Service is always fast & convenient with no hassle at all. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Do you need something fast and quick? Well let's go to the connivence store. This store is the local flair here in Las Vegas . They are the ones that own it all. They are on every corner and at every turn. Looks it's a Terribles. So it's "Terribles," it's the individuals actually doing business that gave him that name . They had prices that were so low when the company came to being. Now a days, the company does not keep the prices that low, but they do offer special incentives for their customers. Plus compared to other businesses in their style they are lower. When you get gas here you will every time get free gas. Every Tuesday it's a "thing," they give free stuff away. They give it back to the customer still. One cannot complain. We frequent this local store for it's lowest gas and quality of goods that they offer. They are usually available all hours, or at least the gas station part of the store is open. They do stock all sorts of different options for eating and drinking. It's the best of easy for not going to the regular store . If you are out and about this is a good in and out option. The staff is the best and will wish you the best of success in your day ahead. Grab a donut and coffee and go along with your day. read more

Amazing staff! Kind and quick. Left my card accidentally and they were super professional and nice about it. Awesome staff! Thank you

I live walking distance so my boyfriend and I come here like multiple times a week every week for like the past year. We are friendly with all the staff and always have been. The other day my boyfriend comes in to buy me some medicine and the cashier tells him angrily "I know who you are! You stole alcohol the other day! You're not allowed in here" (my bf has never stolen a single thing in his entire life) My boyfriend was dressed kinda homeless looking at the time cuz it was 8 in the morning he just woke up and he was very cold and just wanted to grab some medicine quickly. Anyways he buys the stuff and leaves and she calls the police on him. I come to the store a couple days later and I jokingly asked the cashier if she remembered calling the cops on my boyfriend and I was going to explain my side of things and immediately she looks angry at me and was like "yes I did he stole alcohol I saw him do it myself. He's not allowed in here." I was hoping she would at least hear what I had to say but she just ignored me so I left after paying for my stuff. It is really a horrible feeling that we used to have good rapport with the staff here and all of a sudden they are treating us both like trash for something my boyfriend didn't do. They mixed him up with some other Hispanic guy with a goatee I guess. Anyways I hope they realize their mistake. We have no reason to steal we both work full time jobs... But yeah horrible feeling being talked to that way after being a regular for a year. Don't know if I'll go back again. And when a bum comes in your store and steals make sure you get a good look at his face that way you don't accuse a regular customer of something they didn't do. Thanks read more

Wes is a champ. He did my smog check in less time than it takes to get a specialty coffee at Starbucks. He gave me a half off coupon a car wash. When I told him I only use brushless car washes, he directed me to the Terrible H on St Rose and Maryland. Thanks Wes! read more

Drove here as it was the closest to my house. Waited for 8 minutes. Went out of my car to ask if they are doing smog checks. Was told yes, and I responded that we weren't acknowledged after waiting for now 10 minutes, so I was inquiring. 10 minutes later, still waiting still wasn't acknowledged by Smog tech/ Manager Jacob. 4 stars for being the lowest price for brand name gas in Henderson. Plenty of pumps, never waiting to pump gas like in LA. Wide lanes and lots of room around each pump to get your gas. Convenience store for cold drinks and snacks. Squeegee with soapy water and paper towels to clean my windows, works for me. read more

Horrible customer service, I got an expired candy and asked for a refund to which I was refused as he said, "if you don't like it that's your fault there's nothing wrong with my candy" I showed him that it was expired and he told me to BUY another one. Absolutely horrible here, he does not understand simple customer service. read more

I randomly stop in here on my way home to pick up a few essential needs. I have also gotten gas with no issues & have used their car wash which is open 24hours & reasonably priced & does a decent job for a drive thru car wash. Though every time I stop in there, there is always someone different working the register. I always stop in at night. Odd I don't run into the same cashiers but everyone I have encountered has always been really nice with a great attitude. So I given this Terrible Herbst location a 5 star. Keep up that great work & thanks for always being pleasant. read more

This one on Fremont st gets a zero, that's the second time I a paying customer was not allowed to use the rest room, I will never step foot in there again, they always have an excuse to not let customers use the rest room. First they are broken, then the guy said ohh I just cleaned it so no one can use it, what the hell,is that? Their cooperate office said thats not their policy, well they should hire better people. This place gets a F for crappy customer service. Not Approved read more

There were only 2 people during a 4 pm business day on Friday! A young man was working his ass off while a brown haired woman with glasses was counting cigarettes! I went to the drive thru car wash, it started and it was fine but all of a sudden and everything just stopped. I was just sitting there I thought someone would come and fix it but no one came. I called the number on receipt 5 times and no one picked up. I was honking my car still no one. I was stuck there feeling claustrophobic. After 20 minutes i forced myself out and went to the cashier, his name is Jay eating his chips. I told him I've been calling and my car is stuck in the car wash. He just said they don't pick up calls after 5pm. Bullshit! He then help me with my car, my car didn't get clean then he just said he'll give me a voucher to come back. I told him i'll never come back and just give me my money back. He then said he can't do anything else and come back tomorrow to talk to the manager Kelly. I'm upset! This is bullshit! This place sucks! Will never come back and will tell everyone I know what I experienced! read more

I got overpriced by the cashier. The original price was suppose to be $1.69, but got charged $2.29 instead. There was no taxes on this item from what I'm seeing in the receipt. I honestly feel discriminated as everyone else in that store got charged with the correct amount of each item they had. If anyone goes to this terrible's, I highly encourage you to check the prices, especially if you weren't born in the USA. read more

I needed an oil change today so I went to my regular Jiffy Lube on Eastern. When I got there I found out that their price jumped from $29.99 to $41.00 (33%+ increase). I got out of there quick and drove over to Terrible Herbst on Eastern. I was greeted by a friendly guy who happily told me that their price was $26.00 and I could get a free car wash since I decided to try them out today. They got me in and out and my final bill was $31.00 dollars after tax (50% less than Jiffy's total). I have a new place to take my car to get it serviced now. I'll be coming back many more times. read more

Located on Eastern Ave just off the 215, this is one of our favorite spots to fill up for gas on the drive back to Phoenix. The lanes are wide and there's a convenience store to grab snacks/drinks. Gas prices are pretty good. There are also many choices for food around the area too, so we usually fill up with gas then grab a bite nearby. Return Factor - 60% read more

My recent visit for an oil change was nothing short of a disaster. Let's understand for a moment that I have been there before to have my oil changed and have noticed a steady decline in service. 1. I was not greeted upon arrival 2. I asked that they advise me (other than the oil change) what else might need to be done (new filter etc.) 3. My car was left outside for pickup and nobody went over what was done with my vehicle. 4. I was presented with a receipt for my oil change and was asked to simply read that. 5. The staff was completely rude, unempathetic and unresponsive during the entire process. 6. Management was contacted and failed to follow-up in a proper manner. 7. Will NEVER return. read more

I went to Terrible Herbst South Eastern Ave for a Smog test this afternoon. When I pulled up I was instantly greeted and asked what services I was looking for. After a short conversation, I was directed to a small waiting room. The waiting room was clean it had a strong oil smell which is to be expected at any auto shop. This location has a clean public restroom. I waited about 5 minutes before the gentlemen came in to charge me and let me know I was good to go. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I don't remember the two gentlemen that helped me. They were awesome I was in and out within 10 minutes! Friendly Fast and efficient service!! Two thumbs up!! read more

It's one thing to upsell while educating with real facts. It's another thing to upsell by lying. At least the manager returned the $40 cabin filter that they forced on my wife when I asked him to, he can definitely use a lesson on manners as well. But telling her that synthetic oil is REQUIRED for her Civic is ridiculous. read more

Went to the location at Eastern and Fremont. Now they are closed for a few hours, like 2am to 4am. Ok, no big deal but you open up at 4am, a customer walks in and one employee is sitting on something, Hoodie on his head and playing a game on his phone. The other employee, at least you can see he is an employee, he's standing at the register but is also playing something on his phone. I asked a question not once but twice before they even knew I was in the store. Get rid of these young people who have no customer service skills. Will not now or ever be back at this location. read more

Car getting dusty and need to wash it cheaply and decently, this is the place. 1. Price - For the gas, it is what it is. They do use Chevron products, which I like. For the wash, it is 8 or 9.00. 2. The wash - I can go in with my huge Excursion, and this is the chain / track type wash where your car is transported through the wash. If the system can push my truck it can work with anything. And, they use the soft cloth which does great to get rid of stuff, unlike that touchless car wash systems. 3. The wait - Never have to wait long at all. 4. The squeegee - I hate it when the water in the squeegee container is like 6 months old and black! Here , it seems to always be fresh and clean. 5. Overall, nice, easy to get to, and they have a vacuum and wash station as well. I find it to be a good value. Check it out. read more

My initial plan for coming here was to get a couple of drinks amd some cash back. I left having received some really fast and excellent service. As I pulled into the station I was remembered that I needed to get a smog check done. I asked the attendent and they do the check for only $19.95. Not the cheapest but it also wasn't going to break the bank. He stated he would be done shortly. And he was correct. I went in the store, bought my drinks, went back to the service center, and as I paid for the smog check the attendent was finishing up and let me know I was ready to go. Everything took less than 10 minutes and I was in my way. read more

Needed a smog and an oil change quickly and they were super fast! I was very impressed with how quick and helpful they were! I was in and out in 30 minutes! The only reason I took off one star was that they reclined my passenger's side seat to access the filters in front, and it moved my very hard to install carseat behind it! Before I was able to pick up my son, I had to take the whole thing out and redo it (which is a pain)! read more

I have been going to the Lube place for years for oil changes and smogs, but pulled in yesterday with a smoking engine. (Good service over the years, but it is hard to impress me with an oil change.) The guys checked it out and confirmed I needed a new radiator. They called me back with an estimate that was very fair and so the next morning (today) I went in for the repairs. At some point one nice guy pulled me outside to show me the new parts in the box and the old ones removed (thermostat, too) so I wouldn't worry. The guys were so nice, fixed my car in great time and with no unexpected charges. Straight up good guys at this place doing good work. read more

Last time I walk into your establishment. Went in tonight at 7 pm waited at the counter watched two girls walk out without paying cause there was know one at the counter. I waited to but cigarettes finally a lady came to the counter. Asked if they took Marlboros coupon. She told me yes but she didn't know how to use it. REALLY !!! You have someone working the register that doesn't know how to use it. REALLY !!!! First time I have been there and the last. Shame cause I'm literally within walking distance. The smog center is kinda tucked away in the rear of the automotive center. They are quick about getting your car smogged so that's a plus. The seating area is tiny but they keep the a/c going strong. Plus there is a car wash area and gas station so it's kind of a one stop shop. read more

I came to this location early Saturday morning wanting to get my oil changed; there were only two people in front of me which one of them was paying for their service. I told the technician that I needed an oil change and that I would be back in a few hours to pick up my car since I had errands to do. I came back 3 hours later to pick up my car (with no phone call), after waiting a good 10 minutes (yes I was watching the time) I walked outside and told one of the technicians I needed to pick up my car, he asked which car and sent his manger out to speak to me. After a good 20 minute long excuse as to why they couldn't change my oil and making me beyond furious I felt helpless, you ask why? Well the "manager" told me that wherever I got my oil changed before stripped my oil filter and therefor I wouldn't be able to get my oil changed. He then went on to telling me all these horror stories of technicians using a power tool's which will then strip your oil filter canister so that now supposedly my oil filter was stuck on my car and he suggested for me to go to a dealership to have the canister to my oil filter replaced and removed which would be about $60.00 and up he said. What the HECK! I was mad, I was ranting and raving all night upset over this. After extensive research on Sunday I decided to go to another Terrible location near my work (where I normally go to) and see if they can explain to me more in detail. Let me say it's kind of alarming when your speaking to another technician telling him all the things the "manager" told you a few days prior and says I don't think so give me your keys. Well of course he was able to take of my canister on the first try he even showed me my filter and there was nothing wrong. I don't understand how I can give one location 3 hours to change my oil filter and they can't do it but another location took it off in less than 5 minutes, crazy. All I can say is I will never come here again and will continue to go to location closer to me. read more

I come here to get my oil changes and I must say I feel that the employees here treat me right without trying to cheat me (too bad you have to be wary of that kind of thing). Be careful if you are going to get oil change for this place. They will try to upsell you all the things you dont really need. Last time I was there. The mechanic didnt tight my oil plug right so oil started dripping from my oil pan. They are in a hurry to get you in and out and not paying attention to your car. Also the price hiked is one of the reason I will not be going there any longer. I used to pay $ 28 - 32 depend on the discount coupon they used to give out ( now they stop doing it ). But now its like $ 42 for just regular oil change. read more

To preface this, I grew up in the Midwest and I've never had to get a smog check before, so I don't quite know what is normal. That being said, I had a great experience here. The smog check is in the back, so you have to go around the building. There was an attendant waiting, they asked for my zip code and the miles on the car. He then directed me toward the lobby and said he would be about 5 minutes. It was less than 5 minutes before he was done. I had time to pull a book out of the diaper bag, sit down with my 1-year old and look at the first page with her and then it was done. That was amazing. I was there around 8:45 on a Monday morning. The cost for the smog was about $20. I think I've seen it for less elsewhere, but it works. read more
