I ordered a Premium floral arrangement and received a Standard one…read more This seems to be a common occurance when ordering flowers for gift delivery. I always ask the recipient to send me a photo. The arrangement sent, in addiiton to it be a scaled down version of what I ordered, didn't look anything like what I ordered. Instead of roses and mini-carnations, they sent a bouquet of daisys. Pictures below. I ordered by phone and made a special point that I expected the arrangement to be of Premium value and close to what I ordered. They assured me no problem. When I saw what was sent I called, asked for the owner, and asked for a partial reimbursement at the very least to the Standard pricing. After being "talked over" by the owner, he finally begrudgingly agreed. He claimed it was "fair and equal value". I can assure you it wasn't even close. Beware!

I have made the mistake of ordering cut flowers from here to be delivered to a gravesite as well as entering the shop and buying blooms to bring with me. After 1 day, the fly eggs hatch and your arrangement which was dismal to begin with, is now crawling with tiny flies. It took me many years to realize that these cretins have taken advantage of their location and completely hosed people who are in mourning. It is a bloody crime that they are still open. They should be ASHAMED of themselves. Do yourself an enormous favor and go to Westchester Greenhouse and Farm down the road on Hartsdale Ave. It took me a while to discover them but on your way to Ferncliff not only can you purchase several types of cut flowers, but you can get a delicious cider doughnut and coffee. And the prices are HALF of Marshall's and ten times the quality.

We were told we can open an account and let friends/family know they can make contributions to our account.
