As a resident who has always paid rent on time and intended to stay long-term, I never expected to be left dealing with these conditions largely on my own. There were so many issues, I can't even list them all. I complained about these issues and nothing was done to fix these issues. They told me a pest guy would come spray the apartment but no one showed and then they told me I had to wait a week for him to come back as he only comes on Thursday. The apartment was so awful, my daughter and I had to leave. I wasnt going to have her be in an apartment with roaches. Because I wanted to break my lease due to the conditions of the apartment and lack of effort to fix the issues, they're now trying to charge me $5k to break the lease when I was in the apartment for a total of 3 days which has now led to a lawsuit. They definitely screwed me over and I DO NOT recommend this place.

That's where it went last year. I thought there was some issue. The complex paid me most of what they owed me back but not all of it. There was several months I paid last year for rental insurance with them when I already had it through a diff company, so i double paid when I should not have had to. Their last comment makes it seem like they care about their disrespect towards their tenants when in reality you pay about 2000 a month and when I called them to discuss their egregious error they basically told me it was already done and offered no solution or attempt to make up for their horrible service.
