I have had numerous problems within the last 2 years of me living here and now this?? Even after new management change?? I have never once been told I couldn't have my deposit back. This complex and company is a scam. I will be reviewing and reviewing more and more until your guys reviews drop so low again. I'm the reason your guys business went in the tank the last few years. Reviews matter. I'm disgusted with this greed hungry company. Either give me my deposit or I will take this to court. I already have multiple things against this apartment complex with proof. You guys are thieves and I want MY deposit back. I left my apartment looking spotless and new (considering how it looked before). I will be reaching out further to settle this issue. MOLD…read moreNO PARKING RUDE NEIGHBORS My leasing agent Lynette failed to tell me that this place has no parking for building 16 within the nearest mile if you're lucky you can get an uncovered spot. But there's only 3 of them. I've been on the waiting list for over three months to get a spot that's less than a mile away from my house. They have towed my car twice out of this complex instead of talking to me first I have a child with a disability and it's very hard for me to walk a mile to my unit every single day when I called the front desk to confront them I was met with complete rudeness by everyone that works there except for Shayla. The manager was so rude to me about this parking situation telling me that she weighs 90 pounds and has five children and to essentially get over it and get crafty with walking a mile to ur door. The woman does not know about my children's disability and could keep her comments to herself. This is not how you treat your residents who have to live here. I also have neighbors here who harassed me and who watch me park in a handicap spot/ park by the garbage while I unload my groceries and get kids situated sometimes it takes 45mins- hr. Well yesterday some body called the tow truck on me for parking "illegally" I was only there for an hour. So unless you wanna live with nosy people and a rude management do not move here at all cost not to mention everything smells like mold my bathroom collects mold immediately if I have the lights off there is no ventilation in the bathroom. There is mold in the bathroom and there is mold in the washing machine, it is absolutely disgusting. I wish I had never moved here. I've never been more unhappy where I live ever in my life.

Since I am only here part of the year,…read moreI especially appreciate them working with me to renew the lease while I was in another state. The area seems clean and safe and I have not had any unpleasant experiences. The pool is heated in the winter and the location is very convenient. It is not the cheapest apartment in the area, but it is by far the nicest. I especially like having a private backyard and the tall ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness. Good insulation mean I don't hear my neighbor or spend much on heating during the winter. I also appreciate the maintenance people who are pleasant and efficient.

Ed was the best this place had. We continue to pay high prices monthly but never get our backyard trimmed or blown out from leaves, mind you we pay for it every month, never had any weeds sprayed in our backyard which we pay for, and the ladies at the front office basically called my wife a liar after saying the gardeners have been in our yard and trimmed recently. My tree in the backyard is throwing up gang signs for how overgrown it is. We will be moving out of here asap and I don't not recommend this location to anyone for any price

    I recently got a comment on my recent post detailing my experience here at Marley park…read more Unfortunately it doesn't allow me to comment back and that's actually kinda great cause now I can leave an additional review. Their last comment makes it seem like they care about their disrespect towards their tenants when in reality you pay about 2000 a month and when I called them to discuss their egregious error they basically told me it was already done and offered no solution or attempt to make up for their horrible service. I wanted to highlight this so there's no confusion when reading the comments and ratings concerning the service. In fact the first one can serve as the time the maintenance guy came to fix stuff and threw all my stuff around and broke stuff in front of my face which I should of reported but hey I'm nice and that won't be happening ever again now cause when you give an inch they take a mile here, and this can serve for when I told them the day they sent out the email advising maintenance service updates happening and I requested them to make sure that I was present since I didn't trust their person anymore and then I got to watch in horror on the ring camera them enter my place and do who knows what while I wasn't there. I'm a yelp elite I say this from my whole platform I don't intend to renew after my one lease ends likely and I regret signing on for a longer than 12 month lease. One of the worst places I have lived based on the poor communication and cost in comparison to similar offerings available.
