His crew worked all hours of the day until the evening for 3 weeks. We replaced our subfloors and had original hardwood floors which they salvaged 60% of the original floors. We decided to go with a lighter stain rather than the dark that we had, and it makes our small home look so much bigger. We also replaced some joists, pier and beams from our crawl space and they cleaned out our crawl space and put plastic down to encapsulate it with new vents that open and close with high or low humidity levels. They cleaned up all the leftover mess of wood and bricks which was much appreciated. It was a big job and everyone worked super hard even on the weekends. The price we got quoted from 4 other companies were ridiculous, and Shaun had the best rates for what they did. Sam went on vacation a short time later, and we dealt with Abdul the rest of the time. Abdul walked us through the whole re-do. They did it in an amazing timeframe. I really like that fact that they have sub-contractors that they can call and have them at my house in less than 2 hours - usually within 1/2 hour - 45 minutes. The results are magnificent! They sent me a handful of slab yard recommendations and it took us going to three to find exactly what we were looking for. They worked with us on pricing, edging for the stone, recommendations for sinks (which we bought online), and were flexible on timing. They also organized getting the plumber to install the new sinks, and have subcontractors for anything you'd possibly need for a renovation. The automated voice asks for your zip code and then randomly directs you to a plumber. I got connected to someone who came out a day later and did the work, but the call center must have signed my phone number up for some call list! I've been getting calls from other plumbing businesses for 3 weeks now asking if I need a quote on a plumbing job! No! The work has already been done! Stop calling me! I've tried calling the business number to complain but each time the automated system sends me to some other random plumber. Do not use this company!
