She even secured the cushions to the couch so they wouldn't slip off or out of place. It's Chris's great attention to little details like that that really make her finished product great. She helped me pick out a great fabric that would match my interior colors and was kid proof (as much as any fabric can be lol). Chris has great taste and is a huge help when you're not sure which direction you want to go. I spoke with Edi Santos (the owner) and Sadie, whom is Cali Green Paint's Interior Design Specialist, about my need for an indoor paint that has low or zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). I've learned from experience to hire local builders in Galveston, because many of those from the mainland don't understand the impact of the salt water and environmental degradation to a house. What's important in hiring a contractor is honesty and the quality of his subcontractors. I came to appreciate Spiros attention to detail and not letting any quality to be compromised. The subcontractors were excellent. Spiros was responsive to every request. While we had many surprises and unexpected challenges during the project, at the end of the day, Spiros built one of the most beautiful homes in Pirates Beach in Galveston.
