Anthony and his team at the Terra Vista Strings were simply amazing and was one of the highlight at our wedding. Not only were music for the ceremony enchanting and classy, but the guests really enjoyed their version of all the know rocks and pops during the receptions. I have a lot of comments from families and friends after the wedding how much they loved the musics. An added bonus was that my mom decided that she wanted to sing some special songs from a song book in chinese, and asked them if they can play the songs from the sheet music in the song book she happens to have. Amazingly, they complied and play them pretty much pitch perfect! It was quite a feat. and we were all really really impressed, and had quite a laugh too, because my asian mom, whom we all love very very much, can be a bit crazy :) At any rate, it was great of Anthony and his team to play along and handled professionally, kudos guys! Anthony and his team at Terra Vista Strings did a phenomenal job with my ceremony and cocktail reception music. I hired them (as a quartet) to play before and during the ceremony as well as during the outdoor cocktail reception before dinner and dancing. My mother and I corresponded with Anthony by email and also met in person. He was very knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect pieces for the each aspect of the ceremony and I gave him full discretion on the reception (which people still rave about - they do wonderful compilations of current music as well)! One of my wedding gifts to my niece was to provide music for her wedding (which took place in a vineyard). She and her fiance chose Terravista, and it was a wonderful choice. I booked the string trio, and they played everything the bride and groom requested, from Pacabel and Handel to classic rock. We also had them to play for the cocktail party before the reception, to everyone's delight. I'll quote an email from my niece about the whole experience: "I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received regarding the string trio; even our wedding coordinator was highly impressed! I hired Terra Vista Strings for my wedding and couldn't have been happier! Anthony was extremely professional and easy to work with. He got back to me right away with any questions and made himself available around my busy work schedule. I loved that they offered traditional music along with top hits which we combined throughout the ceremony. At our April '16 wedding we had Terra Vista Strings play 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, during the ceremony, and for the following cocktail hour. It was very special hearing live music playing as I walked down the aisle and provided an experience that recorded audio would not have.
