Unfortunately, our experience with Maple Springs Vineyard has been deeply disappointing. Back in 2024, we fulfilled a product order for them in good faith, but to date, we have not received any payment. Despite numerous attempts on our end to arrange a payment plan or resolve the matter directly, we've been met with silence. It's been over three years -- and at this point, it feels like we've been taken advantage of. We're still hopeful this can be resolved. To anyone at Maple Springs Vineyard: please reach out to us directly to make this right. We'd prefer to settle this fairly and professionally, as we believe most small businesses would. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our big day so special, and our family and friends were absolutely raving about the beauty of the venue, both inside and out. Many of them said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The setting is so beautiful, and we had our ceremony outside in the pavilion. Cocktail hour was out on the porch/lawn, and the reception was in the main room. Everything was impeccably set up and decorated, and the staff worked so hard to bring my vision to life. Brook Hollow has a large, diverse selection of wines, and we and our guests thoroughly enjoyed several of them throughout the day. We look forward to going back in the future for some of the winery's events, as well as to the tasting room to enjoy and stock up on the amazing wines.
