While Stonekeep produces both wine and mead, it is the latter which truly stands out. My favorite selections are the Red Raspberry Melomel and the Blue Muninn. Both offerings are absolutely delicious, and an excellent way to introduce someone to mead who may not be familiar with the drink. Both are excellent on their own, but really hit a whole new level when paired with chocolate. Consider busting out these meads for your after dinner course when entertaining at home. Or, if you're by yourself, feel free to pour yourself a glass and sit in front of the fireplace.

Each year, they curate a combination of local cheese and either honey/jam to pair with their wines, and every year, it's a hit. My favorite pairing this year involved their Pinot Rose, a delicious cheddar, and an orange ginger honey that was absolutely delightful. I also particularly enjoy their wine and cupcake pairing offered every March in partnership with Dia Doce cupcakes --- a highlight of every spring.

It doesn't necessarily look like that as you drive up. The only downfall is that there is only one restroom. The pricing seemed decent. I was super pleased that they had a small selection of mocktails. Their strawberry lemonade spritz wasn't too sweet or too tart! It was just right. My friends seemed to enjoy all the wine choices! Additionally, the crab pretzel was amazing!! The charcuterie boards looked worth it. Plenty of seating and a live band was set up around 6/630, but we left just as they were coming in. Highly recommend and would come back (even as a sober lady!).
