Creamy mushroom soup with crostini paired with Merlot ! ( all gluten free)

Absolutely loved this gem ! I have been driving by it for awhile and finally had a day free to check it out for the brandywine valley wine trail event. Although we only went to this winery on the trail it was awesome. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff was super friendly. When we walked in we were greeted and went over to the poring station. They had creamy mushroom soup and merlot paired today. I think I was glowing when I heard that it was gluten free! Andddd they even had a gluten free crostini on top! I was pleased to find out that they have gluten free options on their girls nights and events there. The soup was so delicious ! Now on to the wine- we sampled six different wines at the tasting bar. Both reds and whites were delicious and the blends were phenomenal! We bought a bottle to bring home and can not wait to go back. If you are in the area I would highly recommend stopping by!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone who works there is super nice, and the wine is fantastic! There are so many different kinds of wines between the whites and reds. I'm actually allergic to red wine, so i thought I'd just give whites a try, and i didn't break out at all! I was there for a wedding, and everything was absolutely beautiful! The wedding was perfect and the staff was so helpful! I will definitely be going back 100%

I love stopping by here on my way home from work to pick up a quick bottle of delicious wine! I have used some of their more unique flavors (Cranberry, Indian Summer, Spice of Life) as gifts and always receive great reviews- Cranberry wine is especially a crowd pleaser! The owners and staff are always so friendly. They have a huge yard and are dog friendly, often hosting fundraisers for the SPCA. They also have yoga & wine nights and host wine glass painting nights as well. Also, you can rent their space to host small parties. Highly recommend!

The wine is delicious, and with live music every Saturday.. It's the perfect place for a relaxing date night!

Had a wonderful tasting! The wines were amazingly good. Couldn't try the chardonnay so we bought a bottle to take home.

They even had a live singer performing, which added a great vibe to the visit. We shared a pizza while doing our tasting, and it paired nicely with the wines. The wines were good overall, though not quite enough for us to buy a bottle. One of the wines seemed like it was starting to turn, but the rest were enjoyable. Despite that, we still had a lovely time. It's a cute stop if you're passing through and want to unwind with some music, food, and a laidback winery experience.

I made table reservations online for $20 (you get to choose a 3 hour block of time) -- and while it probably wasn't necessary the day we went, if the weather is warmer on a weekend, I'm guessing you'll need it! Minimal food available for purchase, but you can do tastings, flights, wine by the glass or bottles and are allowed to bring outside food and decorations (just not outside alcohol). Price point is reasonable, and we enjoyed a bottle of Cayuga white while overlooking the vines and fields. Peaceful venue, not fancy and kid friendly (which was a plus for us) and we appreciated being allowed to relax and enjoy the fresh air and wine! My husband enjoyed the red flight -- and while not the kind of wine that will knock your socks off, it's an unpretentious place and perfect for enjoying with loved ones.

My most memorable drink of the night was ironically my last one, Forbidden Knowledge. It's unusual to say the least, and most people might hate the lovecraftian ingredients, but I enjoy trying something that looks like there's a story behind it. One of my favorite game series is Elder Scrolls, and this drink just screamed Hermaeus Mora and the dark library within the Wretched Abyss. I didn't have high hopes for the taste, but surprisingly, it suited my palette. Sweet, a little bitter, with a tart bite and sharp herbal kick to the senses. Chatted with the amazing bartender who concocted the drinks that night, and he told me that some of them, like this one, came to him in a dream. He showed us the prep work it took to keep the ingredients fresh and ready for mixing. Gotta appreciate the creative energy and effort it takes to designing culinary experiences like this, so hats off to the staff here. They were so open and made us feel very welcome! Thank you, and I can't wait to visit again when I'm back in town :)
