I hired Ivo to: repair, waterproof and install tiles on the outside uncovered deck. I met his demand by paying $2,000. for materials plus $200. for the step. Ivo would avoid answering my questions as to how the deck would be finished. Ivo did no work, hired workers who had NO instructions to repair rot, would tile over rot, and applied NO waterproof membrane. Untreated wood was used to replace 2" x 8" joists and build a 10" step, should be 7 1/2". I received NO reply to my emails nor has Ivo returned to correct and complete this project. The deck required inspection for rot, be removed and repaired; waterproofing, and tiled. These were not done.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of the work performed. Bader also adhered to the price quote/estimate that was given to us even though their were some substantial and unexpected issues that popped up during the job which we very much appreciated. Given that we had no previous business with CVR, we indicated to Bader that "trust" was important to us to move forward with him and his company. We established that trust very quickly.
