I have attached an interaction after I had confronted Amy several times about being our daughter's supervisor with no business license to do so, or operate any business whatsoever. I was asking her to provide what her contract she had me sign stated she would provide, and this is the interaction we had where she not only refuses to for the upteenth time, she accused my asking for such as abuse.
the night I did intake with Amy she called my case "high profile" because I told her my daughter's father had money from his family high up in the Mormon church, and also told me she was "pivoting to strategic consulting". her state license records tell another story; that she has currently expired licenses under her name for both Terra Firma Consulting and Terra Firma Supervision so I imagine she has been offering wealthy abusers strategic custody consulting for some time.
The city of West Bountiful, Utah asked her to get proper licensing as recently as 2021 so watch out for her carefully picking locations after she has gained your trust to ask her to be on your custody orders as a supervisor.
Whomever she is being paid by, so in my case the abusive father was ordered to pay for his first contacts with our child, she will testify for (and get paid to do so) me and my attorneys and family have watched her outright lie under oath.
It's been over a year, and now our daughter's abusive father has full custody and Amy is supposed to supervise me, her mother, while she has never, ever been apart from, not for any accusations of abuse and not for any crimes- her father however had documented child abuse, neglectful supervision, assault with bodily injury family violence, etc.
If you're careful, find an independent guardian ad litem or 10 and call CASA of Utah to ask for a reputable supervisor you and your child deserve that. Don't be like me and trust someone who seemed kind after one phone call and recommended you purchase "why does he do that?" A book about how abusive men use the court system to continue to abuse-- I trusted that and should have spend far more time looking into supervisors. As it stands, I have reached out by phone and email to see my daughter now that she has helped arrange I be the one supervised. She allegedly, according to my daughters father Steven Duncan (you will see his glowing reviews on here and BBB), "never got them" and I've "never reached out" and have not been allowed so much as a phone call in almost a month.
I know this is a long review. I'm past hoping the court will help in this in any way. This is for parents, who like me when they asked the court for a list of supervisors weren't given one, and stumbled upon Amy Jensen.
She responds to negative reviews in a way that should scare you. She has zero concern for children. I have been approved as an Utah CASA supervisor myself, why isn't she?
Call everyone. Above all, trust your intuition as a parent. If there's this much drama surrounding one person at minimum find someone who doesn't have that.
On her first visit my daughter's grandmother asked for Amy to produce Photo identification and she got extremely upset. When she blindsided me another "supervisor" would be showing up and I asked for a photo ID she said that because of my previous negative Yelp review I was an unsafe person-- my attorney had to force the issue as I wouldn't leave my child with a complete stranger.
Please be careful. If you need any of my or my family's evidence or testimony for court please let me know. read more
