They settled my case for probably $25,000-$50,000 what I should have gotten. I have permanent hearing loss and frequent bouts of vertigo from my injury and they did the bare minimum. I never even spoke with the actual attorney-only the paralegal assigned to my case. They are a big shop who will do the bare minimum on 90% of their cases and dedicate their full force for the 10% that will make them hundreds of thousands of dollars.
