Hi Joseph, Well Joe, it has been quite the…read morejourney for the past five years! You did hang in there with me and I appreciate your unwavering, positive attitude, which in turn had a calming effect on me as a rather anxious older woman. I felt assured and legally protected in difficult times as you always presented yourself to me and to the court with bold confidence and a self-assured certainty allowing me to feel that I would prevail in my divorce case. Initially, I was very concerned about not winning my divorce petitions thereby losing monetary support due to my former husband's very "formidable" personality. You did prevail Joe, and you did succeed in winning all the many court decisions in my favor! At the end of the day, you built a very solid, compelling case that you presented through several court trials and divorce court hearings over the "Covid-Pandemic" years. I am so very thankful that my Savior, who, I believe, led us both in pathways allowing me to triumph with an overwhelmingly huge, total win in my favor through the court system. You have a persuasive, compelling personality! I am grateful that you are a very seasoned professional with extremely strong legal knowledge [losing a case is not acceptable to you!] I absolutely, highly recommend you with total enthusiasm to anyone seeking counsel in legal matters! I will post this letter showing "Five Stars" on appropriate websites displaying legal recommendations! Thank you is too small a phrase for what you accomplished! I am completely satisfied with your victorious efforts on my behalf! Please feel free to call upon me anytime as a reference. Thank you Joseph Lee Nemelka Respectfully, Maryellen Call

Calling this firm criminal defense firm is a crime on its own. The staff was rude, insulting, very…read moreexpensive, and outright incompetent. They may do well with simple cases in minor courts and in state clients for nothing more complicated than a DUI/simple possession charge, but anything other than that STAY AWAY. The firm was never able to effectively communicate with me. I asked for all correspondence to go through email on multiple occasions. Instead I get texts with wrong information sent to a family member the night before I'm supposed to have court in person in a city that is 500 miles away the next morning @ 8AM. This happened on multiple occasions and was never resolved. It was clear minimum time was spent on my case. As a client I was never given a copy of my discovery or plea agreement, nor were they ever read over with me by my attorney. I have never felt more rushed or confused entering a plea in my life. Finally, I was removed from billing and the firm filed to withdraw from council without talking to me about it, which resulted in a warrant for my arrest. I find this grossly incompetent and unethical. Do not trust this firm for anything non dui related. Do not trust this firm if you are an out of state client. Do not trust this firm if you found what they did to me unethical. They're more concerned with putting pronouns in their titles than actually doing real legal work. There are much better firms that are substantially cheaper.

This is a fantastic personal injury law firm! Darren Davis is a pit bull disguised in a suit. He…read moreand his awesome paralegal Brandie were incredible from my first consultation to the final settlement...which was for the max amount offered by the policy. They took care of all the wrangling with both the auto insurance and the health insurance, and made sure every bill was paid and documented. Did I mention that not a penny of my settlement can be touched by the IRS? Darren doesn't just settle cases out of court like the majority of personal injury lawyers. He litigates many cases in court - and wins. Let me explain the significance of this. Most personal injury lawyers do nothing but reach settlements out of court. The insurance companies know this, and are aware that they will not need to pay policy maximums, leaving you with less compensation than that to which you are entitled. Not so with Darren. In insurance circles,he is known for his willingness to litigate in court and win. This gives the insurance adjuster an "Oh sh*t!" moment when they realize they're dealing with an attorney in their "DO NOT ENGAGE" list. If insurance companies know that the opposing attorney has a track record of taking them to court and winning for even MORE money than offered in the policy, they are more apt to settle for maximum policy limits, as they did in my case. My family will be forever grateful to Darren and Brandie for their excellent work.

She was extremely responsive, gave me sound and practical advice, and helped me make decisions during a time when it wasn't always easy to know what the right decision was. When I was unsure of myself, she advocated for me and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. She also went beyond just handling the legal side of things. She connected me with helpful resources for things like home appraisals and refinancing, which made navigating the divorce much easier. Most importantly, I trusted her judgment. I felt that she understood what mattered to me and genuinely represented my interests throughout the process. Divorce is not something I would wish on anyone, but if you find yourself needing an attorney to help you through one, I would absolutely recommend her.

Herman answered himself (a prayer answered after so many receptionists and answering services!) He took over an hour with me, let me explain the whole scenario, and even after deciding this probate litigation case was too complex for him at this time, continued looking up info and giving me more advice. He referred me to another attorney, who he said I would do well to work with. He was so empathetic, knowledgeable and genuinely tried to help me, I had to take the time to write this review. Later on, he sent me an email consolidating everything we spoke about so I would have it condensed to provide to my legal counsel. All I can say is Wow! I had gotten into some legal trouble while trying to enjoy my stay in the greater salt lake area…read more Upon searching attorneys through social media outlets, I stumbled across Intermountain Legal and found that Steve Burton had come highly acclaimed through that site. After a court hearing, I scheduled a meeting with Steve to discuss my case and he was able to see me that day and time. His fee's were fair and affordable and he also offered a payment plan. I agreed to hire him as my representing attorney and forward we would move towards my case. Steve did a great job in explaining to me all that was involved and what our strategy was for our defense. Well needless to say after several hearings, I pleaded guilty to a lesser charge (originally a felony) and received 24 months probation with NO community service and a very low fine with a follow up hearing in 12 months to close the case on good behavior.. Now ideally we all want the case thrown out but in the real world, sometimes that just isn't the case. I truly feel I got the best case scenario offered to me and I dont think I would have gotten that if it werent for the hard work and determination of several different avenues to take to clear my name I HIGHLY recommend Steve Burton..
