We spoke, told him what we needed done. He gave me a reasonable rate to draw up our Estate Plans. Wills, Trusts, Health etc. Jonathan made it so easy for us. He was informative, professional, and very thorough. We now have everything in binders and stored in one place. I feel good knowing my uncertain future in life is protected in a Trust. We highly recommend Jonathan for Estate Planning. He is also available anytime if I have questions or changes. ALL INCLUDED. So impressed! In today's world it's nice to see real good people. Jonathan is one of them.

I needed help reviewing an Operating Agreement for my new LLC, and Jon exceeded my expectations. He was easy to reach with a quick phone call, and even though I didn't have a specific code required for my case, he generously offered his expertise anyway. After discussing my needs, Jon reviewed my Operating Agreement and emailed me a concise list of bullet points with valuable feedback on what to add to strengthen my baseline document. His turnaround was impressively fast--within just two hours--allowing me to promptly finalize that step and move forward with setting up my LLC. Jon's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help made this a seamless experience. I'll absolutely be reaching out to him again for future legal assistance, and I highly recommend him for estate planning or business LLC reviews. Thank you, Jon!

This update to my original review of the law firm of J.D. Milliner is in response to J.D…read more Milliner's post of 9/2/2020. J.D. Milliner claims that my review of his law firm was largely based on information obtained from a rather unreliable source. I find this to be quite comical considering I based my review on my own personal interactions with the employees of his firm along with emails as well as invoices that were sent to me for payment of his firms work both when I was in fact a client of his firm as well as when his firm was retained to represent the client that his firm represented at the time this review was originally posted. These emails and invoices covered a time span of close to one year and came from the attorneys and employees of his own firm. I based my review of his law firm on what was supplied to me by his own employees as well as the personal interactions that occurred for close to one year with the employees and attorney's in his own office so I guess in essence J.D. Milliner is telling everyone who reads his reply to my original review of his law firm that his employees are the rather unreliable source that provided me with the information that I based my review on. J. D. Milliner states that the billing practices and procedures of his law firm are clearly set forth and that his firm provides detailed monthly statements each month to their clients. I also find this somewhat questionable considering in December of 2019 I personally disputed 2 invoices in a meeting with J. D. Milliner that were submitted to me as well as the client that was being represented by his firm due to unclear and questionable charges on the bills that were submitted by 2 of his attorney's that were working the client's case he refers to at that time. The result of the dispute was J.D. Milliner himself making the 1 particular bill in his own words "Go away" J.D. Milliner also states in his post that he must follow the instructions of his actual clients or withdraw from the representation of that client. This statement also comes into question due to the fact that the client he is referring to in this case submitted to him along with the attorney assigned to represent her as well as the paralegal employed by him a detailed letter that contained written and precise instructions of what the client wanted J.D. Milliner to do regarding their representation of her as their client. 6 days later the client in question received a letter from J.D. Milliner and assoc. informing her of their decision to withdraw from representing her as their client. In the letter that was sent to the client one of the reasons that was cited for withdrawal of representation was due to the bad review that I had posted here regarding his law firm. In summery it seems that the law firm of J.D. Milliner and associates retaliates against the clients they represent by withdrawing from representation of them when anyone associated with that client exercises their right to free speech and the right to review his law firm regardless if the review is good or bad. I was very disappointed with the quality of service and support I received. In preparation for a meeting with an attorney from this law office, I forwarded materials in advance to explain my interest. During my introductory visit, I was informed that I already owed this law office for one hour of their services. Had I known, or been informed, that I would be charged for a consultation visit, I would have sought out another law firm. A few days later I received a draft opinion letter. After reviewing the document, I discovered that it contained some minor typos, at least one incorrect citation of Utah Code, personal opinion information in lieu of exclusively legal opinion information, and language that introduced a sufficient amount of ambiguity to make the letter unsuitable for use. This is to be expected of any draft document. What I find unacceptable however, is this law office's unwillingness to correct and clarify their draft opinion, at my expense, for actionable use! I twice forwarded a list of the needed corrections and/or points of clarification, offering to pay for the additional time needed to ensure this document was sufficient for use. I never received a reply, and as of this writing I feel I have been ghosted. After paying a low 4-figure fee to the St. George office of Parsons Behle & Latimer, for a legal opinion on a few subsections of four elements of Utah Code and two elements of Ivins City Code of Ordinances, I received a draft document that no resident could make use of without incurring undue risk. I recommend to any individual seeking a legal opinion on a matter of Utah Code, to not employ the St. George law office of Parsons, Behle & Latimer.

Because the defendant was Craig McCullough of Kirton McConkie and the LDS Church. I look at the law firm and attorney John Snow as criminals for their aiding and abetting and obstruction of Justice. Google Eliason vs The Corporation of the President, Kirton McConkie, and Dallin Oaks to see all the evidence necessary to put the defendants in prison.
