This place is my go-to anytime I need really nice outdoor pots. They have an enormous selection and their prices are quite reasonable. We've found some really unique and beautiful pots here. Most recently, we needed one as we added a rain chain to our backyard pergola gutters, and it looks fantastic in place. Inside the store, they have a ton of great home decor items and they're always getting new things. I especially like their selection of artificial plants (that don't look very fake). They have periodic sales, which I always seem to miss, but they're good if you manage to catch one. Lots of fun seasonal decor too, depending on the time of year you visit. read more

Just not my style. staff was very nice, but I left with very little. To me it felt very dated.

Love the range of indoor and outdoor items that included water fountains for inside and outside and a wide selection of beautiful pots. We came after talking with Carol who is one of their sales staff. Everyone we met was professional, courteous and helpful. I liked the themes in each area, whether it was color or subject such as dogs. Lots of scents available in a array of candles, sprays, oils and hand creams. We found exactly what we wanted--a metal privacy screen for our garden that had a hummingbird and flowers cutout that symbolized my Mom who passed away last year. I also got a cool "Welcome to my she shed" sign that was petfect for my potting shed! We highly recommend driving East to this awesome shop! read more

Had wonderful decor but terrible customer service. I've never had an employee to make you feel unwelcome before and that you were taking up their time. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and they were already shutting the lights off and telling me repeatedly that they close in 30 minutes. It's rude. And furthermore, I bought something. And they were still rude. I even said at the register...I got done with 5 minutes before you close. Of course that comment was ignored with awkward silence. I doubt I will ever be back. I'll spend my money at "Tiptons" of seaside where they treat every guest with class and grace! read more

We have lived in Clackamas for over 20 years and have drove past Terra Casa more times than can be counted, and this was our first time stopping in. Buyer Be Ware!!!!! I purchased around $400 worth of pots, this past Friday. I returned to Terra Casa on Saturday because the pots we bought the day before, did not match the pots we purchased from Terra Casa, last year. I returned Saturday morning, receipt in hand (less than 24 hours, which is the measure of a day) only to be told that since I didn't return them on the same day I purchased them, I would only receive a store credit. I said, "that wasn't going to work for me", so they went back to speak with the manager again, who said they were sorry, but their store policy is to only offer a store credit, even if you have the receipt. I share with the Manager that we were prepared to exchange the pots we purchased the day before, for ones that would work. Problem is that they didn't have any inventory, that would work for us. As I started to raise my voice, while having this discussion in the store, the Manager decided that it might be easier to give me my money back, rather than me loudly sharing my bad experience with their in-store customers. Extremely bad experience. It goes without saying, we will Never be back. read more

This was a hard one to rate, it could get a 4 start for nice stuff, but it could get a solid one on pricing. I went in there this past week after driving by for years and seeing the giant colorful pots outside. Spring fever had me and I got my sister in there. I thought they were strictly garden stuff based on the drive by, but when you go in, they have dining room tables and artwork, think a very packed in Pier One import with the pricing of a very high end store. One small table was over $800. I did see a dining set that was $600 without the chairs, it seemed reasonable. Then out to the pottery yard we went, I couldn't get past the $300 price tag on some of the smaller stuff. I guess if you are really into pottery to put in your garden $1600 wouldn't shock you, but I have seen some that are close to them for about half that price or even lower. Now, we were never greeted by anyone and we were in there for 20 minutes. I know it was busy, so I get it, but this place is very small. I thought I was surprised at prices, but more surprised at how busy they were at those prices. I will stick with some lower end pots and hope my plants don't know the difference. read more

Yes, Terra Casa is pricey. No doubt about it. But if you want something hard-to-find special, this is the place to go. Pots galore, sorted by color, from 1-foot to 6-feet tall. Plus Easter Island Heads, garden gnomes and other conversation pieces. What is inside the store is not to my taste or budget, but what is outside is soooo cool. I wanted a bubbling bird bath and had no luck finding anything but some cheap, plastic junk that I wouldn't have in my yard. At Terra Casa, I picked out a 30-inch tall pot and they did the rest. They drilled a hole in the pot for the electric cord and 3 other holes for support hardware, installed a pump and mounted a pottery dish in the top. The pump bubbles into the dish and the water overflows back into the pot. They guaranteed it would never leak (unless I let it freeze when full of water). I would have been afraid to drill holes in a pricey pot , so it was well worth the labor charge to me. Total price, minus a web coupon was $242. Expensive? Yes. Value? Yes, to that, too. Even though it's a pricy place, it's fun and they have lots of nice stuff. I used to shop every once in a while for some special treats for myself though they were usually not friendly and never greet you probably unless you wear fancy clothes, not like my fitness outfit.. Last time I was there to add some earrings to my collection, I noticed notes everywhere around the jewelry stand; "don't steal our jewelry" "smile, you are on camera" etc. I felt uncomfortable to see those messages and shopping there wasn't very enjoyable. Stopped at Terra Casa because of the huge selection of large (outdoor) pottery pieces as can be seen from the road when passing by. Although not in the market for furniture or decorative pieces at the time, we purchased a gorgeously unique large pot for a plant arrangement we recently purchased. Stopped in to look at the indoor furniture (and cool off) and was more than pleasantly pleased with the choices there - definitely my style. The staff were friendly and helpful as can be as we waited for the pottery to be loaded into the car. Also thought the prices were extremely reasonable and told them so. Before buying anywhere else, including any online sources, I'm returning to Terra Casa which is now my 'go to' for both indoor and outdoor items. Shop local! read more

Terra Casa has a great selection of outdoor pots. We love the quality and variety. We purchased two pots just 12 days ago (on 8/22/2020). We received an email that they are now having a Labor Day sale so we figured we would buy a couple more pots and get a price adjustment on our previous purchase. Given that there is a 30 day return policy, we truly thought it was a no brainer that we'd get the price adjustment. However, we were told we could return the pots, and then presumably repurchase them at the 25% off sale price, but otherwise we would not receive an adjustment. Honestly, it's just bad business and we left without purchasing the additional 2-3 pots we had planned to pick up, and we will do business elsewhere in the future. My suggestion to future buyers is to not use your new pots for 30 days that way, should they go on sale, you can return and repurchase. So silly! We will make sure our friends and neighbors are aware as well. read more

I have to give a huge shout out to Terra Casa and their staff! I had a little issue with the hinge on my dining room table I purchased. They tried replacing the hinge, but it didn't work. Vera talked to the furniture company and they sent me out a new table top. They took very good care of me! Kudos to Diana for taking care of on going problem I was having with the manufacture of a couch I bought at the store, instead of having me wait for a part to come in she exchanged the sofa for a brand new one, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I attended my first ladies night out at Terra Casa. I was greeted at the door by a lovely friendly lady and with a glass of wine. Nice. The evening was pleasant with lots of Christmas decor to choose from as well as some more than adequate hoes-d'oeuvres. I purchased a number of items and was particularly interested in some jewellery, however, a staff member would not let her eyes off me and stood a little too close for comfort. Definitely letting me know that I as being watched as though I was a potential thief! Not a nice feeling. While I understand the reality of shop lifting and the considerable loss to the shop owners, the pressure of being watched so closely was enough for me not to purchase. There was a sign that said the area was covered by closed circuit cameras.... Perhaps a little training for the staff to keep a watchful eye while not causing the customer to feel so uncomfortable would have been nice. A gift was given at the cash register after a purchase, which was also a very nice touch. Overall, a pleasant enough evening, but not 'great'. read more

We have had the most wonderful experience here. The selection is unbelievable and prices very very fair. Justin was so helpful. He lifted, moved, compared our selections. Then he moved and lifted and arranged everything again. Believe me, our selections were HUGE and HEAVY. He was so cheerful and efficient that we will look for excuses to purchase more pots.
