I was busy and had to go out of town so I call them back today and they have charged a $20 late fee because it should have been paid yesterday. They even suggested a plan for storing my items up higher so that I could save space and money by purchasing a smaller unit. They do offer climate controlled units, although I had no need for one. All units are ground level yet I've had no issues with flooding or property damage (even after the recent hurricane). I definitely recommend this storage facility!
