Came two weeks later with the part and said it was fixed. It was not and I called to let them know that afternoon and they said give it overnight to cool. Yeah right!!! High temp alarm constantly went off and no cooling. Called C&C that day and was told they had to order another part without even coming to look at it. Here we are another 2 weeks later and nothing. Called them again today and she could not give me an ETA on the part. I am beyond frustrated at this point and will NEVER purchase nor recommend C&C Appliances to anyone!! When you spend over $1200 for a GE freezer you would expect it to last more than 2 months. I asked to return it for a new one and was told that can only happen in the first 7 days after purchase. Really??!!! I also purchased the extended 5 year warranty, but it looks at this point that it will not even last a year. My next recourse is to speak to the owner, Larry Wright, who advertises on TV that this is the best place and will meet or beat any price. He didn't say how crappy the appliance was nor how poor customer service is. Does he even know? He needs to find out. All I asked was to replace my two month old broken freezer and as of today their answer is no!! I am one very dissatisfied customer

Called 3-4 other appliance repair places with either no response or won't work on it. Called them and they told me they work on all brands. Sent out a technician right after lunch. He checked it out and told us the problem and what it would cost. Very fair price. Repaired in about an hour. Told us the cause and what we can do to prevent it from happening again. Definitely would be the first place I would contact for any appliance repair
