Extremely rude receptionist. When I did get a hold of someone that could help me my wife had already found someone that could do it cheaper.

We noticed a bunch of bees flying around a couple days ago and this morning my husband saw a swarm…read moreon top of our motor home. They noticed them yesterday in the shower and, today, they were coming inside through the air conditioner. There were so many bees they blocked the air conditioner shutting it down. We are hoping they didn't burn it up. I called the county who has a honey bee swarm removal service and they sent someone out immediately. The guy was not able to get them because they were inside a structure. The county gave us a list of people who specialized in honey bee control. We called the first one and they came out fast. They were at our place within 20 minutes. The guy said they were drawn because of the water for the bushes next to us. Then, they decided to live on our RV. They came inside by the dozen flying around. Frightening. They got them under and on top of our motor home. They were able to handle our problem immediately. The gentleman who came out was very polite and kind. He was professional and really cared about us. It has only been an hour but so far, so good. I will update when I see no more bees on, around and, especially, inside our motor home.

When I asked Paul the exterminator that we are having a roach issue he said "if you're not happy, you can cancel". Please! I have to wonder what kind of company uses these type of people? I mentioned we had a problem with mice that we had to take care of. I asked what method he uses to exterminate these rodents. He said he uses a box for an additional fee. Really? Then proceeded to tell me " if you're not happy, you can cancel" that was his answer to our solution. And then mentioned that he had worked on our particular unit for 15 years. My thought is if I have to on my end purchase additional product to eradicate what his company is suppose to be spraying or trapping for "if I'm not happy, I WILL cancel my service! Pauls answer to our solution. There you go Paul!

We recently had the misfortune of receiving the gift of bed bugs from a guest at our vacation…read morerental. We learned this from the next guests who checked in and discovered the bugs. They immediately checked out and we refunded them. Then we hired a traditional pest control company that treated the house with a spray chemical called Crossfire. The next guests who checked in reported bed bugs as well as bites. Again we refunded them. The pest company came back and sprayed again. They told me that someone needed to sleep in the bed to "call the bugs out" for the chemical to kill them. Our property manager hung out and worked at that bed for several hours to try to "call them out." The next guests who stayed experienced bed bugs in two bedrooms. Again I contacted the company and they told me that the Crossfire treatment was effective and started in with the same "calling out" nonsense. I started reading and learned that the best way to kill these bugs and their eggs is heat. Some people buy steamers and do it themselves. I called Heat Pro. Mike explained how he worked and we set a date for heat treatment. On the day of the treatment, he texted me photos of what he was doing and showed me live bugs when he arrived and dead ones on the floor when he left 5 hours later. Mike was careful with fragile items like poster art and showed me images of the thermometer on his heaters that went to 140 degrees. I was also able to check that temperature on my thermostat app and we compared photos. He made sure that the TVs were still ok before he left as well. At the end of his visit, a little dog came to our front door, obviously lost. Mike sent me a photo of the dog and a plastic bowl from our house filled with water. He asked me if I knew this dog. He was ultimately able to read the dog's tag and called the owner who lived a few streets over. Mike waited until that person came to retrieve the little dog before leaving. We have since had a house full of guests in all three bedrooms stay for 3 nights since the heat treatment. No bedbugs were reported. Mike charged a very fair price. ..nearly identical to the amount charged by the pest control company that still insists they did the job correctly. We highly recommend Heat Pro for bed bug removal.
