Ray was helpful in explaining everything and always showed up promptly and did a great job. However, after some months I started to notice the pigeons returning to the roof after I had some solar panels installed. I asked Ray to come and take a look to get rid of them and he recommended to get mesh installed around the solar panels. I explained to Ray that I am not able to do this yet because IID has not passed the inspection. After I spoke to my solar company they informed me they can install the mesh for me for free around my solar panels because I have a good relationship with the boss. After I informed Ray, he has significantly reduced his communication with me after I asked him to return and take a look at the pigeons that are returning and set up a few traps. I asked him several times over the span of 2 months to come and take a look and he has not been communicative and just says he is busy. I am sure that he is upset about me choosing to have the netting around my solar panels installed by the solar company, but this does not mean that he can treat a customer in this way. I am disappointed to say the least.

She is a wonderful lady who does a great job. We definitely will have Cynthia out again! First: We saw Cynthia's van at a friends so stopped by to get an appointment. Cynthia was very nice and we were able to set a date for the next week. We put in new carpet in our motorhome just 5 months ago but it never felt clean-they probably weren't as clean as they could be. Plus, we just had a large fire so we think some of the soot made it in around the windows and doors. It just felt good to start from clean again. Cynthia arrived right on time and assembled her equipment. We had her do an area rug, the carpet in two rooms (living area and tiny amount of carpet in the bedroom), two upholstered chairs and two smaller rugs. The entire job was only $39 but we have her $50 because she did such a great job. I definitely would recommend Cynthia's for any carpet or upholstery cleaning.

They noticed them yesterday in the shower and, today, they were coming inside through the air conditioner. There were so many bees they blocked the air conditioner shutting it down. We are hoping they didn't burn it up. I called the county who has a honey bee swarm removal service and they sent someone out immediately. The guy was not able to get them because they were inside a structure. The county gave us a list of people who specialized in honey bee control. We called the first one and they came out fast. They were at our place within 20 minutes. The guy said they were drawn because of the water for the bushes next to us. Then, they decided to live on our RV. They came inside by the dozen flying around. Frightening. They got them under and on top of our motor home. They were able to handle our problem immediately. The gentleman who came out was very polite and kind. He was professional and really cared about us. It has only been an hour but so far, so good. I will update when I see no more bees on, around and, especially, inside our motor home.
