Double protein bowl with less protein than a single protein bowl had last month.
    Randall B.

Don't get me wrong. I love me some TMad. But this Bidenflation is put off control. This is all the protein you get in a 2 protein large bowl now. And oh yeah. You only get 1 sauce. This was over $20!!!! Not worth it.

Food was fresh and flavorful. Be prepared for spicy. Generous portions for the price.

Food was spot on awesome! Service was excellent and staff was super nice! Super clean inside. They are super busy right now as they just opened a few days ago. There could be a bit of a wait. We were told 30 minutes for our order and had are food with in 17 minutes. It sounds like they are not taking on line orders, phone orders and delivery orders until Monday, but don't hold me to that. The young lady answering the phone said it to someone on the phone. My wife and I ordered two spicy chicken teriyaki bowl madness meals and the kids got junior chicken teriyaki bowels. All were excellent. The spicy chicken wasn't very spicy at first and than it kicked in. It was a little more than I wanted but I loved it. Next time non spicy for me. Their teriyaki sauce is also excellent. Egg rolls were excellent. The bowls are good with and with out the teriyaki sauce. My only complaint is the price. It's just a little expensive for something that should only cost 5 bucks. It was 10.99 for the meals and 7.50 for the kids. But what do I know, prices are going up everywhere on things that used to be cheap. Still good food.

I had the spicy tofu wok style bowl here. It was a large portion, the ingredients seemed fresh, and it was delicious. I would definitely come back. The only issue was the wait time. We ordered online and the website said 20 minutes. We ended up waiting at the restuarant for a additional 15 minutes. I would have rathered the website told us it would take 35 minutes so I could plan appropriately.

    Gross, slimy meat called "steak"

Trash. Tried this place due to a suggestion and it was awful. Rice was mushy, ordered "steak" and got roast beef davdeich meat called steak. Was slimy and gross, hard to eat. Not to mention $16. Grabbed it on the road and tossed it. Wouldn't go back

Service was great, food came right away, and the large bowl was plenty. Food was decent, but flavor was minimal, even with their "sauce."

The chicken soup dumplings, pork potstickers, and the ice cream was all very good! I wasn't such a huge fan of the tufu pork belly noodles. I'm not really a fan of tofu but I didn't really like the noodle dish in general. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and well designed. The wait staff was also very friendly. I would like to come back here and try more items from their regular menu.

Lately it feels like a lot of restaurants are charging more while giving less, and it's getting harder to find places that actually care about the customer experience. Unfortunately, this was another one of those experiences. We ordered three side dishes and three drinks, and the bill came out to around $100. Two of the three sides were served cold, the dumplings at least came out hot, but they were pretty mediocre and nothing I'd order again and drinks were extremely over priced. The waitress was fine, no real issues there, but it did feel like the food may have been sitting in the kitchen too long before it hit the table even though the place was empty. At the end of the day, it's hard to justify paying that kind of money for cold, underwhelming food, then feeling awkward about the tip because the experience just wasn't good. I won't be back. If I had known this is what the experience was I would have definitely gone somewhere else. As an added bonus I felt like crap afterwords, I think it was because of poor quality ingredients. My aim in writing these reviews is to highlight the restaurants and businesses that truly take care of their customers, to give people a heads up about the ones that clearly do not prioritize quality or the customer experience, and to express myself in a world where it often feels like there is very little room to speak honestly about paying top dollar for mediocre experiences. Very disappointing.

We got the Birdhouse Flight to start--guac, five-cheese queso, and their birdhouse salsa (a tasty, mild tomatillo). Seriously, it's the best way to start your meal. For dinner, we all had ramen. I went for the Hellfire with extra bok choy. This ramen is no joke. If you want something spicy, this is it. The chili sauce, flakes, and oil really bring the heat. The kids got the Tonkotsu, which was amazing as usual--great broth and super tender meat. I had my spicy ramen with a Juicy Bits from WeldWerks, perfect combo. Seriously, it's some of the best ramen and service around North Denver. Whether it's for a special day or just a chilly night. Birdhouse is always good. I totally recommend it!

So it was shocking that I found such a good bowl out here in Erie. I got the Hellfire Ramen, a tonkotsu-based ramen served with their house spicy sauce, chili oil, pork shoulder, and a soft boiled egg. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spice level was perfect (quiet hot but still maintaining a good balance of flavors), and the pork shoulder was tender but still has a bit of nice toothsomeness. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. If the other items on this menu is as tasty, I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.

First impressions coming in, fairly busy, but the waitress was able to guide us to a table. Table was a bit dirty, but the waitress eventually came to clean it up. Ordered the Yushan Eggplant and the Chongqing Chicken. Had low expectations coming in, but it was pretty good. Eggplant is what I think of when I want Chinese eggplant. Has the classic umami soy garlic sauce and wasn't hard or tough like I've had in other places in Denver. The Chongqing Chicken was also tasty with a good crunch and spice. I think the only thing with the chicken was the pieces were fairly small and there was too much starch around each piece. Otherwise, solid dish. It's overall a great family-run restaurant. The waitress had a kid there too, and it reminded me of home in a way. Would come back again to try their other dishes, and definitely would get the eggplant again.

We had picked out a few places ahead of time, but they ended up being further away than we wanted. We walked in here and sat ourselves at the bar. Service was fast, friendly and frequent. The person behind the bar was super attentive, we never wanted for anything. I am writing this review to help myself remember that I definitely want to come back here on future Denver airport visits. I was just looking for a snack and decided on the wok fried edamame. As a person with restrictive dietary needs, I eat a lot of edamame. Usually it is just something high in protein that fills me up and is kind of fun to eat. Here it was so delicious. I insisted my partner try some and he was in complete agreement. This is the best edamame I have ever had in my life. It had great sauce, a great citrus salt and was wok fried. I could have eaten 2 orders of this. I asked my partner if he thought he could recreate this at home, I asked the bartender about how they prepared it to make it so delicious. If you need a tasty snack do stop here for this, but this is also a great place to get a to go drink, which I guess is a thing at the Denver airport. I chose this restaurant because they had Asian food and the menu looked really good. The restaurant itself was really busy as it had a bar inside. Plus they were showing the Stanley cup hockey games so I decided to order to go. Staff was not really friendly at the front desk but I did not let that deter me. I placed my order for pad Thai and the pork belly buns. I waited. And waited. And waited. Didn't hear them. Call my name so I went to check at the host desk to see if my order is ready as it was at least 30 minutes. Then they said that my food was ready and quickly obtained it and gave it to me. I was a little just worried and didn't try calling my name or anything as I was waiting right there in front of the host desk. When I opened up my food containers, pork belly buns looked really delicious and smelled delicious. When I open the pad tie container I was rather disappointed as there were nuts all over the bowl. I felt like there was more peanuts than noodles and tofu in here. Plus the flavor of the pad Thai was not right. I've eaten a lot of pad Thai in my time and this dish did not even come close to an authentic pad Thai dish. I did enjoy the pork buns a lot and the coleslaw that they provided was also delicious. The price I paid for these two dishes is not worth it. I did not care for the pad Thai whatsoever. For anyone thinking of ordering it. Take your money elsewhere.

They always corrected, but it always left us both eating at different times, no discount for the issue offered, yet we kept returning. I love their Chicken Marsala, and my husband enjoys the Jacks hamburger. We arrived and requested a booth and were offered a half booth/half table, which we declined and asked for a table instead. All while one small booth in the main dining area and a larger booth sat empty. We were not offered to wait a few minutes while the larger booth was cleared or wait for the small booth just sitting there. The hostess was polite but was keeping a tally for the waitstaff. Annoying, and shouldn't be the customers problem! We were seated in the bar area at a table that still had water marks from glasses being sat on the table. We were not sure if the table had been wiped off or not. I used a napkin to wipe it off myself. The small booth in the main dining area was used apx 5 minutes later and we would have waited. Our waitress, Liv, promptly waited on us to take our order. We decided to get the Street Corn Dip for an appetizer and relax. Liv asked us if we wanted to go ahead and order dinner as well. My husband replied that we would if the appetizer and dinner didn't come out at the same time. Liv assured us that it would not happen, so we went ahead and ordered. The Street Corn Dip appetizer arrived only to include stale tortilla chips. We waved Liv over to the table and asked if we could get new chips, at which time Liv asked if they were stale. My husband replied, yes they are stale. Liv apologized but didn't think they had other tortilla chips but would check. A minute or two later our dinners came out, brought out by another person. As she sat down the entrees she informed us that they were making new tortilla chips. My husband replied that we didn't want to be a pain, but we had requested the appetizer first and not with our dinner, that we no longer wanted the appetizer. She said, "So you want me to take this back?", with a look on her face, like she couldn't believe us, the nerve we had! My husband replied, yes, as she whisked the appetizer away and huffed off. No sorry or she understood. We think she might have been the manager, either way she should have handled it better and saved the look of disgust off of her face for the kitchen! Liv later came by to check on us and apologized again and said she had told the kitchen we didn't want everything showing up at the same time and said she was sorry again. We enjoyed our entrees for the most part, but very off putting the way the one gal acted over the appetizer. We wished that we would have thought about asking her name; we never saw her again. After paying the bill and looking at the receipt down the road we realized the 20% tip we clicked on the machine included the price before the appetizer was deducted. We are only talking about a couple more dollars, but it is the principal, especially how the night went and our past experiences. We are done with this place!
