Placed an online order, took 10 mins to drive there. They hadn't even looked at the ticket when I arrived. Then it just sat on the counter while the cashier had zero sense of urgency. Slow as a turtle. Food is fine but I won't be back. Been here several times before that but won't be back bc of lack of Customer service. read more

Great food and service. Highly recommend any of their bowls. Chicken is all white meat.

Several weeks ago we ate there and we were less than pleased with the food (over cooked). Thought we'd try them again today - and we're so glad we did! The food was Amazing! read more

Food is good. But our company ordered a catering order from there. Been delayed over an hour. Locked the driver that was picking up the order out of the restaurant. Terrible service. One of the worst services I have ever seen from employees. They kept asking the driver if they could cancel the order. read more

These are ok fast food. Not as I expected Japanese food. Service is good. Look for something else if you are craving for real Japanese food read more

This is a decent spot. I would say this is a perfect spot to go after a day at the office. The staff were friendly and helped explain the menu to me. The large portion can easily feed two people. The proteins are made to order so you will not be able to sample anything. Everything was prepared quickly and I was out of there in a few minutes. The teriyaki chicken was good, but neither that nor the rice or veggies were anything I haven't had before. I would go back to try the other proteins and bases. read more

My husband overhyped Teriyaki Madness so unfortunately I was very underwhelmed by the food. The teriyaki dishes are very generic and lack any authenticity. I thought prices were a bit high for the quality, but you do receive a large portion of food. Be prepared to add lots of sauce to your dish because everything is under-seasoned. I would recommend the chicken over the steak because the steak is tough and marked with fake grill marks. I ordered the yakisoba noodles with teriyaki chicken and thought the dish contained a nice variety of vegetables, but it required a ton of sriracha and teriyaki sauce to give it a kick. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. read more

Terrible service and wack food. Horrible attitude overall would not come here if you want to ruin your appetite and day

We drove 45 minutes from Sun city only to be turned away at 12:30 on Mother's Day. When we arrived we were told they were closed but taking online orders. No where did it say that on yelp, their website or their door. What kind of service is that?!! Unbelievable. read more

Terrible bowls unless you like 90% rice. Crab Rangoon's are fire though, but when aren't they? read more

The food is good, don't get me wrong. I'm giving this place three stars due to ongoing issues with staffing or management during busy periods, especially the dinner rush. Out of the eight times I've placed an online order, only once has my food been ready when I arrived. The other times, even when ordering one to two hours in advance, I was asked to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes at pickup. I understand that schedules vary, but I personally only have a 30 minute dinner break, and about 20 minutes of that is spent driving to and from this location. Unfortunately, the frequent delays make it difficult for me to rely on online ordering here. read more

Food was ok but it takes them forever to make the food. My order was also on the counter for at least 10 min and the lady gave the orders of people who walked in first. The tofu was "tossed" in sauce. No crispy edges like advertised, and the flavor is nothing special. The sauce was like any bottled sauce you get at the supermarket. The restaurant was full of smoke from the grill and your clothes will smell like the smoke after dinning in. read more

We love this place it so yummy and so close to our house. Always very fresh too! We did the bogo for signing up on the app! I love a good coupon! read more

I had this food delivered to my work for lunch multiple times. I thought the food and service was great until I found a piece of the metal wire brush that they clean the grill with in my chicken teriyaki bowl. VERY DANGEROUS so beware! read more

Don't eat here at all...the quality of the food sucks....last time I went there I waited almost 20 mins for order....and then when they allowed me to speak to the manager.....the manager sounded like a cartoon character out of a comic book......who'd just been tickled and molested by her uncle..... won't be going back there again... read more

I would give this place no stars if I could. My family of seven showed up to get some food at 8:50 and they would not take our order because they said they close at nine. if I owned a business like this, and seven people showed up to eat. I would be more than happy to serve them. Don't waste your time or money going here. Take your money to somebody who actually wants it. read more

Great spot for hot and fresh Asian fast-casual food. Employees were friendly and ready to take my order with a smile. I tried a chicken teriyaki bowl which came with white rice and veggies, a spicy chicken bowl with fried rice, egg-rolls and a lo mein noodle bowl. Our food was made to order so we did have to wait around 10min for it to arrive. It was hot and fresh! The spicy chicken wasn't overpowering and nicely flavored. I enjoyed the fried rice more so than the plain white rice but overall great sizes and quality. There was teriyaki sauce on the table to add as you please. Overall great choice and I will be back for more! read more

The cashier was very rude I said thank you and then she says mmmhmmm. Very unprofessional. She was also rude with her manager. She's impatient when she was trying to get change from him, and she didn't get it because he was also helping the cook out. She was confused about how much change she should give me even though the POS literally says it because even I can see the change how much I'm supposed to be getting. She was just the rudest customer service I've ever had, and I think she should be fired from that place or at least talked to because I don't think other people would like to be treated the way she treated me! read more

GM of this location is great and food was wonderful! We will definitely be back. Much better when I first tried it at the US19 location. read more

The food is usually fresh and delicious. I ordered on my lunch break and received the food quickly

This is not worth the money spent. I ordered my food to be picked up at a certain time so I had enough time for lunch break. Food was handed to me 13 minutes after pick up time. The amount of food is little for the price and I had sauces missing from the order for my appetizers. The quality of the food was mediocre. Save your cash! read more

service and quality of the food was great. Our server was very professional. top of that you can not beat the price. definitely coming back.. read more

This place is addicting. It's a new go to spot. The staff is incredible and are very punctual. Food is made fresh to order so you might have to wait a little but usually no more than 10-15 mins. My advice is to download the app and order ahead of time. read more

I ordered a large orange chicken with white rice and a drink. Paid over $20. Received a few pieces of chicken and a whole bowl of rice. I complained a received a bowl of vegetables. Like that fixed anything. Vegetables come with it. I dId not want vegetables. Do not order a large. They only give you extra rice. Not worth it. read more

Teriyaki Madness - Large orange chicken with white rice and no vegetables and a drink over $20 what a joke. - Asian Fusion Near Me - Clearwater, Florida

Love the bowls. I go to the feathersound restaurant. Their bowls are great, but what can I say about the service. A bit shotty I would say. The amount of f bombs that are dropped back there. I guess it takes a lot of f bonbs to make the food as good as they do. Ok, food great, service sucks. read more

This is my second time patroning TM, today I ordered 2 large size bowls. I feel I got the same size portion as the regular sized portion today. But of course was charged more for ordering the large sizes. The regular size bowl was filled to the top, the large was half way filled in both bowls. read more

I highly recommend this place. I haven't given a 5 star in a minute. The staff is friendly and welcoming reminds me of getting quality customer service in Arizona. Since I moved here the level of customer service has not been great. The quality of food is good...just wish the ratio of veg to protein was slightly more. I've had the teriyaki chicken bowl twice..next time I will venture into something different. Overall good experience. Keep it going read more

Hey, I just want to tell your cooking staff that my blow was great! I came in today and waited 23 minutes, there was a lot of mistake and delay and we could all see that. Today was a bad day but not everyday will be, thank you for carrying on and for lunch. read more

So I've been coming here since day one. Still think it's my favorite places. Panda Express starting to look like dumpster juice compared to this magical place. Staff here are always kind and helpful. Food always super hot and comes quick.. we aren't talking about McDonald's quick but worth the wait! Place is small and fills up quickly for lunch! Highly recommend this fine gem! read more

I've eaten here three times. First time was fine. Second time, it made me sick. Third time, there was hair in my food.

Fast and consistently great tasting food! Clean establishment friendly service and close to my job.

I can't say enough great things about the Feather Sound Teriyaki Madness! Shaq and team make everything about it so great that I order lunch there almost every day! The teriyaki chicken is fabulous and my food is always hot and on time! read more

Great food at a pretty cheap price. The teriyaki chicken is my go-to. The restaurant staff are also really friendly!
