This is a decent spot. I would say this is a perfect spot to go after a day at the office. The staff were friendly and helped explain the menu to me. The large portion can easily feed two people. The proteins are made to order so you will not be able to sample anything. Everything was prepared quickly and I was out of there in a few minutes. My husband overhyped Teriyaki Madness so unfortunately I was very underwhelmed by the food. The teriyaki dishes are very generic and lack any authenticity. I thought prices were a bit high for the quality, but you do receive a large portion of food. Be prepared to add lots of sauce to your dish because everything is under-seasoned. I would recommend the chicken over the steak because the steak is tough and marked with fake grill marks. I ordered the yakisoba noodles with teriyaki chicken and thought the dish contained a nice variety of vegetables, but it required a ton of sriracha and teriyaki sauce to give it a kick. The food is good, don't get me wrong. I'm giving this place three stars due to ongoing issues with staffing or management during busy periods, especially the dinner rush. Out of the eight times I've placed an online order, only once has my food been ready when I arrived. The other times, even when ordering one to two hours in advance, I was asked to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes at pickup. I understand that schedules vary, but I personally only have a 30 minute dinner break, and about 20 minutes of that is spent driving to and from this location. She's impatient when she was trying to get change from him, and she didn't get it because he was also helping the cook out. Great spot for hot and fresh Asian fast-casual food. Employees were friendly and ready to take my order with a smile. I tried a chicken teriyaki bowl which came with white rice and veggies, a spicy chicken bowl with fried rice, egg-rolls and a lo mein noodle bowl. Our food was made to order so we did have to wait around 10min for it to arrive. It was hot and fresh! The spicy chicken wasn't overpowering and nicely flavored. I enjoyed the fried rice more so than the plain white rice but overall great sizes and quality. There was teriyaki sauce on the table to add as you please.
